Processes unstructured data handle enormous quantities of data acts as a decision support system
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't processes structured data. Also it can be more affordable

IBM Watson Assistant helps by reducing problem resolution time in almost all support related domains

What do you like best about the product?
The AI Functionality is integrated perfectly with the chat boxes. Which provides an excellent customer experience and scalability
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes un-responsive which I think can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefited from this AI chat-box tool mainly was customer experience as it provides good customisation and good integration, which led to great performance enhancement

User interface is easy to navigate and handling the model

Nothing as such to dislike but it will be beneficial if we have more documentations to refer

Using As a chatbot to find real-time objects in my B2B business.AI offers capabilities that are excellent at using natural language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Natural language and conversational features are not currently multilingual. If that feature is enhanced, it would be a great help.

As I am using Chat-bot services, it helps me with the following points

Virtual interface and scalability of product.

Data preparation capabilities are too limited and it can be more affordable to use.

I used IBM Watson Assistant for developing machine learning models.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly the user interface is. Also, every element that is part of the chatbot building provide you with explanation and example, thus, users with no experience can still know how to do it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the integration with other top platforms, such as Whatsapp. I wish that there is a ready webhook like the one for Twilio to just hook it to Whatsapp for users with no experience in APIs & integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Watson Assistant is providing the end-user with a cloud-based chatbot builder using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for training. The building is easy and the training is much easier with their drop-down menus to match the correct intents in the try-it panel.

What do you like best about the product?
Beat thing while using IBM watson assistant was its accurate results and NLU and NLP. Speech to text i have been working with where it worked nice to get results. Could not proceed further as it was on hold due to some reasons but assistant worked like a charm.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. Only thing is need more cources on IBM watson assistant cources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was used to answer frequently asked questions to solve customer queries. I created chatbot for the UPES college.

What do you like best about the product?
Watson assistan NLU and Spech to text was much better than other competitors. I fould it more accurate as compared to Amazon and google, had did POC using amazon lex and google dialog flow to compare all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like they should work on UI design. Rest of all was very nice. I don't find much dislikes in watson assistant
