Speed and Accuracy is amazing - constant monitoring is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does catch legitimate items - but this is preferred over missing an impersonation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has geratly helped improve our community awareness.

Effective and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using Impersonation Protection is that once it is set up, it learns the environment and users to work without any interaction. Easy to use and UI is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for Impersonation Protection is that we cannot submit false positives within the system. An email has to be sent separately outside of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of spearphishing emails it finds provides efficiency to my workflow.
A great product that has made security better
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automatically sort through logs and bring problems to our attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. There are false positives but those are the ones where human interaction is able to determine that once we figure things out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our SPAM protection, mail encryption, and security posture are all imporved with better details, more logical processing, and prompt alerting.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an easy platform to get around in and loads of settings to customize what you need to do. The protection suite has definately saved us from end users with that notion to click-and-see!
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the only downside I've ran into is the email log search could use more options for word/phrase searches in different fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than chasing email through Exchange Online tools Barracuda makes it easy to purge, find or just monitor messages.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to search for similar messages, especially if an email has been incorrectly delivered I can see all affected users for my record and then take the appropriate action. The support team for this product always does a great job when I have an issue on following up and making sure my needs have been met.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could configure our domains in the message log instead of alphabetized to a custom order, quality of life item is all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remediating harmful emails, making sure our end users are protected against phishing/malware campaigns.

I do not like the added cost of a single feature. Too lackluster to be sold singularly, and an advanced license is too pricy for a small-medium organization.

The Barracuda Impersonation Protection system is fantastic. There is a bit of setup, but nothing that can't easily be accomplished and Support is FANTASTIC!!

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda Inpersonation Protection is very easy to use and implement. The customer support is great, team is always there to help. I use it frequently to safeguard myself from the phishing attacks and the features clubbed with ease of integration and accuracy add cherry on top of the cake. It is a great and must have tool if you want to be safe in this ever evolving IT world!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides that I am currently facing in my daily and frequent use of the Barracuda Impersonation Protection. I believe as the market and the technology evolves, they should just keep evolving with it.

The Barracuda Impersonation Protection is solving the issue of detecting the spam emails that make it through the regular filters that the emails provide. It enhances the security providing the high profile clients with a great secure solution.
