The Best Email spoofing and impersonation detect firewall
What do you like best about the product?
the best feature of barracuda impersonation protection is to protect the entire mail box from outside access and detect the threads coming from unidentityfied access. it is pervent the unknown access , low the risk of financial lose, security breaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
NA. there is nothing dislike for barracuda, very much low risk of outside protection. becouse its all cloud based platform which provide you best in industry security without having any tension of email password protection and mail id lose, credentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protection of impersonation solved spam, theft, spoofing, mail credetials, fianancial lose, personality exposure, internal business mails. Barracuda impersonation protection is cloud base technology which is provide virtual, hardware network, and uses AI to detect the outside pervent theads. Benefiting in lot ways like security of domain. which is access by only authorised person, pervanting mail credentials.

its easy to use ,you get all the information about the threats and why yhr email was blocked /allowed

The Solution lacks customization options that are neede to tailor the spam filter and security setting

New insights to Barracuda ESS
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to view and remediate emails at a higher level that may otherwise be delivered to the end user is a stellar feature. I like the highlighting of potential issues in an email body, domain information (such as when a domain was registered), email flagging based on spam or conversation hijacking. We log into Impersonation Protection multiple times a day to review incoming emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that emails get flagged that shouldn't. While remediation is easy, it seems that the learning is still a bit off. Where it is not preferred to whitelist any particular sender or domain, we do see from time to time the same emails getting flagged and marked as junk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better visibility into incoming emails from outside the org.
Barracuda Impersonation Protection Works
What do you like best about the product?
The automated protections Barracuda uses with Office365 can remove harmful emails and inform end usrs of its actions. I can customize the notification so end users can contact our technical department if questions arrise. The service was easy to intigrate with Exchange Online. I am reviewing this service several time a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automation is clucnky. When I triger an investigation, If i dont have a sample of an email for an account takeover, because no emails where sent, I can not proced with reseting passwords on the account or check if new mailbox rules have been added. I think i should be able to clean up an account before emails are sent, not after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda is the first line of defense for our organization. Using this product brings an enormous amount of insight into our email traffic and potential security issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use, you get all the information about threats and why the email was blocked/allowed. Their campus is very good for searching information also if any questions arrise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit lacklustre and could use a face lift.

What do you dislike about the product?
When creating an incident reposne, there is no function to add boleen operators like "and" "or" in the subject line filter

It stops Phishing attacks by automatic remedial or forrwards messages to the users junk folder. It scrutinises emails for url's from known malicious sites and also AI integration

Barracuda is an excellent software which detects malicious email sent and makes easy to remove it from the mailbox.
It also blocks the threat mail senders and helps to keep safe from targeted phishing attacks.

The customer support is not that much easy to reach.Needs to do improvement on the same.
Also when we select multiple options it does not allow to do bulk actions.
The frequency of use is high in our organisation so the above actions could be improved.
