What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing model is still not clear, Hoping this would be announced soon or I might understand more with reps
Developer need to write lot of extra logic/code for logging/monitoring/replay , this should be out of box of product itself like dell Boomi.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building multi cloud App Integration
Good product to use
What do you like best about the product?
It proivdes seamless integration and has great messaging capabilities. We have been using it for some critical enterprise level applications and IBM Integration Bus is serving the purpose it is suppose to. The inbuilt integration with MQ is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unhinging it with MQ was a great move. The licenses cost had gone up significantly in the recent years, which is a negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Messaging services across the applications used internally and also with som eof the vendor products. We see the foot print increasing in the coming years.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quick integration with other IBM products, good support from IBM. It is a little bit on the pricy side by it iw worth having the product as it does the job well.
Great logical next step for WMB/IIB - almost there

Steamlined DevOps, multiple target platforms, Containerization out of the box, excellent support for ICP, OpenShift support on the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not yet feature complete/might not be 100% backward compatible with IIB v10
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logical step for containerization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent choice for upgrading from WMB/IIB
Challenging to migrate to from IIB v9
What do you like best about the product?
Initially liked the idea of libraries, but they did not prove to be as useful as we hoped.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to leverage libraries for adapters, like the SAP adapter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still in migration, due to the need to change the migration path when we encountered issues with placing adapters within libraries.
Sleep well with IIB/App Connect

Ease of development, tracing, tracking etc

The typical use cases for an ESB. Centralized logging and monitoring, connecting applications both onprem and in the cloud.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start small. It's free to download and evaluate before making a commitment.
