Timely technical support
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of a grouping structure for networks and hosts, which is an important organizational tool when managing access to hundreds of different networks and hosts.

Easy to use, easy to manage, bang for your buck
What do you like best about the product?
Decent support documentation for common use cases (for example, setting up your own VPN server), regardless of the server's OS or VM provider + extremely easy to enable things like tunneling.
What do you dislike about the product?
No support or documentation for obfuscation. Considering that a lot of companies have people working remotely and those people might be in countries where ISPs block the use of VPNs, obfuscation is needed. OpenVPN does not support it natively and their support will not help when it comes to this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a static IP address for whitelisted access on one of our internal sites. At the same time, we needed a client that was reliable and easy to use, as far as the end-users are concerned.

Moved from on-premise VPN to Cloud VPN. Never going back.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to deploy in different enviroments. We use it in a data center, a remote office, and inside our Cloud Enviroment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any immediate dislikes. At least I have'ne found one yet. It's very flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went from using an on prem VPN solution, but when we switched offices we decided to us a cloud based soultion instead and I'm very happy with the result. Onbording new users is easier, management is easier and we don't have to worry about updates and upgrades.

Does the job with no issues. Easy setup, easy to use, easy to manage. Any monkey could utilize this software once setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say to be honest, documentation is good and software works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using proprietary softwares for VPN is always annoying as everyone tries to innovate in the scene, but realistically keeping things simple is the way to go.

What do you like best about the product?
Using it is extremely easy. Adding users, and make modifications

Amazing upgrade after using Access servers
What do you like best about the product?
I don't ever have to patch or upgrade any hardware!
What do you dislike about the product?
The access server gives me more router and DNS capabilities, which makes sense because I own the server it is running on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to stress out about keeping my hardware up to date, which is fantastic.
Client works well.
What do you like best about the product?
Client can forward to browser for SSO login, very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
When offline, client will try to connect and open login every few minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting services in a private VPN.
Such a great Open Source VPN
What do you like best about the product?
To start, OpenVPN is an Open-Sourced VPN Solution. It's stable, secure, and reliable. I've used an AWS EC2 OpenVPN Image and it works wonders out of the box. Unless you're a medium-large enterprise, if you need a secure connection to connect to your AWS environment, OpenVPN is a great and cost-effective option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike given that it has a free-to-use license, but more premium VPN solutions will offer more options (e.g. security tunnels) and better customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting securely to the AWS environment, especially when using public networks.
