What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work more freely than in PowerPoint.
It's my all-in-one tool.
Also I don't need to document work compared to working on real white boards.

What do you dislike about the product?
pen and eraser short cut support
- need macos keyboard support to be able to switch between pens sizes, 3 colours and erasers for quick illustration during presentation or brainstorming sessions
- ipad can have a mode to have quick menus on top dedicated for pen and eraser operations
text length
- would like to have infinite text length if technically possible
- alternatively, do an auto fold version
- 6000 words limits are cumbersome if we hit the words limit

Great for drawing flows
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a great collaborative feature
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit complex to find the tools that you need given that there are so many available. Also I would like to be able to "collapse" parts of the flow so that the main one is leaner but, if needed, people can go into more details in certain parts of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ones mentioned above
Miro is useful but not extraordinary
What do you like best about the product?
I love how collaborative Miro is. It's easy for wireframing and brainstoming without worrying about things looking perfect. I love the templetes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving around on miro has been extrememly frustrating for me, sometimes my mouse looks like a hand and I can't figure out how to scroll around. I wish the text fitting inside the shapes wqas more intutitive.

Miro helps collaboration with my team, Micro lets us work together for quick brainstoms and easy wireframing ideas.
Very quick to learn
What do you like best about the product?
With Miro I can work together with colleagues drawing and making schematics for our software development needs. It is clear and easy enough to bring clients to the collaboration canvas without any previous training.
The narrative of our software development requirements is stored in Azure Devops, which is easily in reach of the different diagram components on the canvas. I jsut add hyperlinks to a rectangle or arrow and Miro adds a DevOps icon to the link.
In our projects we are using Miro almost on a daily basis, both for informal brainstorming and for creating schematics which will become part of official project documentation.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I haven't figured out just yet is how to quickly snap objects to the grid. Sometimes I spend a few minutes reorganising my diagram components so they all are properly aligned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business processes need to be worked out and documented before we write user stories for software development. Miro lets us do this very quickly and while the client is on the call to clarify and contribute.
Seamless teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Miro revolutionizes team collaboration! Its infinite canvas, real-time co-authoring, and integrations empower seamless brainstorming, planning, and innovation. Perfect for remote teams, Agile projects, and creative workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro's has limited offline access, and pricey premium plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disorganized brainstorming and idea management
Great for Collaboration with Team Members from Anywhere in the World
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is fantastic for real-time collaboration, especially when working with remote teams. Its intuitive interface makes brainstorming, mind-mapping, and project planning feel seamless, even when everyone is in different time zones. The variety of templates and tools—like sticky notes, diagrams, and voting options—helps keep everything organized and visually engaging. Plus, Miro integrates easily with other tools like Slack and Google Workspace, which streamlines our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
ometimes, the boards can become cluttered with too many elements, making navigation slow, especially with larger projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for team brainstorming, project planning, mind mapping, and visual collaboration on complex tasks. It helps streamline remote meetings, organize ideas, create workflows, and collaborate in real-time with colleagues across different locations efficiently.
Miro supports and enhances my visual working process
What do you like best about the product?
I am a visual thinker, and I love that Miro supports that. As a designer, my process is really varied and highly appreciate that I can work on an entire work project on Miro. From categorizing research, to creating roadmaps, and even creating presentations. It is really easy to generate connections between knowledge, past and future versions of a project, and that makes ideas organically come up! I use Miro everyday for work as a Product Manager for an educational platform, so the new Figma plug-in and community add-ons allow me to really customize the platform and have everything in one place. I love zooming out at the end of the day and seeing all the progress in a visual way!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I often need to show my work and present it. I find that the export settings are still a bit basic, and would love to have more options. Something I do quite frequently is take screenshots of Miro diagrams I made and then paste them onto my presentation. I would love a way to just copy and paste shapes and text from Miro and being able to paste them as an image. I find that I never export to PDF or CSV.
Other than that, I love Miro! And I am excited to try the new AI features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, I am using Miro everyday to map the current Customer Journey of my company. Miro allows me to see all the process: past versions of the work, research, annotations of pain points and new ideas, iterations of the map, and the final and polished version. Miro helps me to solve a problem that requires visual thinking, while also allowing my colleagues to see my work in real-time, leave comments, and work with me, though we are a remote team.
Great for concept visualisations
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about miro is that it is easy to use for beginners, very ux friendly. It has a lot of options to make visualisations of some ideas and boards and the whole interface it is very clear
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for me is that their library seems to be limited in terms of icons or graphics or it is just the search engine that is there that makes difficult to find what you are looking for and in many options. I'd like it to have broader library of graphics and images
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to show the concept that I have in my head for some functionaliaties with me actually designing it professionally
