Ideal tool for remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like most about Miro is the ability to collaborate with my teammates in real time. Especially in remote first work environments, being able to have access to features on tap (i.e., wireframe components) makes it extremely easy to express requirements visually.
Not only do we use this tool daily for shaping out any work we have to do, I also personally use it to document my learnings over time.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve when it comes to navigating around a Miro board, but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier.
I've also encountered in some rare occurrences that the autosave functionality did not save properly, resulting in lost work. This has only happened twice in the last 3 years of using the platform.

Miro's become an extension of my brain!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a Software Product Manager. It helps me think in a visual way, with support from visual, video, linked evidence and research. I can use it to think through things by myself and then share with others to bring them up to speed on my thinking and the journey I've been through to make decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do too much on one board and it gets a little messy and out of control! That's on me to be more tidy though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thorough consideration of many sources of research to help make good decisions
Upgraded our Product Discovery Process
What do you like best about the product?
As a Senior Product Manager, I’ve got to say, Miro has become a key part of how my team works. We use it for everything—brainstorming, wireframes, mapping out workflows, and planning strategies. It’s super flexible, and that’s what makes it so great. Whether we’re collaborating across teams or hashing out product ideas, Miro has been our go-to tool for managing end to end product discovery.
One feature I really want to call out is the AI-generated Product Requirement Document (PRD). This has been a total game-changer for us. As someone who’s usually juggling a bunch of projects, having the AI pull together a clean, detailed PRD from brainstorming sessions or even rough ideas is such a time-saver. It catches all the important stuff, so we don’t have to worry about missing anything.
The integrations with tools like Jira and Figma are another huge win—they make it so easy to keep everything connected without jumping between platforms.
Honestly, Miro has helped us work faster, more creatively, and way more efficiently. It’s hard to picture running our product processes without it now.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t love about Miro are a few things that feel like missed opportunities. For starters, while the platform has so many features, it can feel a bit overwhelming for new team members. There’s a learning curve, especially for those who aren’t as familiar with visual collaboration tools. Some of the more advanced functionalities take time to get comfortable with.
Another thing is the mobile experience. It’s not as seamless as the desktop version, and when we’re on the go, it’s harder to make edits or navigate boards smoothly. This can slow down productivity when we’re trying to quickly update things or review work outside the office.
These aren’t dealbreakers, but addressing them would make Miro even more efficient for us.

We started using it as soon as we started working from home in 2020, it allowed us to collaborate and share our ideas. We use it for modelling our business and our processes, collaborating with teams and sharing information with others.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to add Figma screenshots to Miro. Existing plugins for syncing those images break a lot. I would say this is the hardest painpoint for us.
As well as not being able to create subfolders in the sections

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with non--technical stakeholders. We found them being more comfortable reviewing designs in Miro rather than Figma.
Ability to have brainstorming, design iteration and stakeholder feedback in one place.

Miro can help with so many projects!
What do you like best about the product?
There are many templates available, so you don't have to start from scratch. You can easily copy and paste almost anything directly onto the board. I also appreciate the integration of AI, which has been very helpful for summarizing sections of the work or the entire board.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about Miro. The only issue I have is finding the right template quickly. I often find myself browsing through several before making a choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of knowing where information is stored since it does so much. We only need this one tool now for so many tasks!
