What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly, which makes collaboration and brainstorming efficient for team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectors can be improved - they sometimes lack precision and flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are a team or remotely working consultatns, it allows our team to work together regardless of location. This enhances productivity and creativity while keeping everyone aligned.
didn't know you needed it, but now you cant be without!
What do you like best about the product?
Allows for good tracking of data, makes it easy to be collabrative with other teamamembers. I like that I can view it from anywhere!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it came iwth more classes or lessons on how to use all the features.

Miro can easily replace in-person meetings. It can be a whiteboard, corkboard, and presentation all in one. It's helping teams work together.

Miro is great tool. Its cards and stickies is good.

Nothing to dislike about Miro. Hope it will get better with the updates.

Miro has been contributing to team from past one and half year. It helps for journey mapping for marketing strategy. or Strategy designing. Cards and sticky helps writting notes. We are collaborating with our cross functional teams to get clearer strategy

La forma en la que un muro puedo ser útil no solamente para enseñar si no también para organizar información privada.

A veces me pierdo en los muros que no generé yo. El sistema de carpetas me confunde mucho.

No veo más problemas que la organización de las carpetas.

Miro allows for my teams at work to simultaneously collaborate on a wide range of deliverables, from brainstorm/sketching to client presentations.

I wish we could incorporate more of our workflow in Miro, such as calendar/Gantt charts and spreadsheets.

Miro allows for many people to be working on one product at the same time. It is also user friendly and easily shareable with clients to receive feedback on top of presentations we've put together for them.

Is very easy to use and very intuitive. It has a lot of templates that helps to save time when working on different ideas or projects.

More flexibility to edit templates or get access to resources.

A friendly tool that helps us to document in a practical way a lot of diagrams, processes, etc. It also enables communication with my team members
Go-to tool for drawing process/solution design diagrams with customers
What do you like best about the product?
Miro really enables me to efficiently draw clear and good looking process/solution blueprints in live sessions with customers, having them collaborating when it brings value to work. Customers often ask what is this tool that allows such fast drawing, and some have picked it for their own work too after seeing it in action in our workshops. The diagrams are basically ready without any extensive after work /proof drawing - this is one tool that I can honestly say that greatly enables me in my work!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more advanced presentation tools would be nice, to be used when going through the diagrams drawn with new audience. New Layers functionality enables this to some extent, though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting processes in customer facing workshops and selling ideas to customer.
excellent software for diagramming, projecting ideas, roadmaps, even making a timeline

It is easy to use, very intuitive, it has hundreds of templates that give you ideas, I deleted several elements from a diagram, and I didn't know about version control and it helped me recover them quickly.

diagraming, show visual ideas, share with customer and coworkers easy diagrams, and facility of items azure, aws, cisco, etc, etc.
My customer like how quickly I share ideas and diagrams with them and they can make comments and observations as guests.
