I am a total Miro-phile!!
What do you like best about the product?
What don't I like best about Miro? Every form of visual aid is at your fingertips! From flow charts, to Mide Maps, to wireframes, to embedded content to brainstorming with project teams, it never ends!
I guess what I like BEST is the ability to share all of those things effortlessly in real time with anyone.
I am a BIG fan of Miro.

I am a BIG fan of Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I think there are a lot of tools like Figma and Lucid etc. that have very rich Icon libraries for the web and Salesforce. I think this can easily be improved in Miro with more and more and more icons, logos and any other visual prepackaged tools like that. I sometimes have to import icons from the competitor tools. Otherwise - no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Transformation collaboration pain points are the problems I solve and Miro makes it easy to gather, display and collaborate around information and ideas.

Collaborative Boards for Design
What do you like best about the product?
It's great being able to take screenshots of items and then paste the image into Miro while attaching a link back to that product's website. It makes creating boards for interiors finishes quick and easy. Setting up frames that allows for quick pdf export also makes for efficient use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If boards become too populated they tend to crash and need to be reloaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows multiple users to view the same data simeltaeously which allows are team to be on the same page even when working remotely
Chief of Staff
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, very responsive and allows your creative mind to either visualise or present pathways that cannot be broken down or described in any other tool I've come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be tough to find the page I am looking for, maybe a better organisation folder would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to help map and visualise the process from start to end. Allowing others to collaboratively be involved and assist in the full end to end process.
Miro is the best collaborative experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, coming from a design background all the hotkey feel familiar. Anything I want to do design wise Miro can support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving things can get difficult some times. When trying to select shapes espcially lines can be had to grab and end up grabbing things in the background over and over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves being able to brain storm on complex problems in a visual way. Many techinical problems are able to be simplified by diagramming in a story board. Working in a full-remote enviroment it is really important everyone leaves a meeting feeling like they undestand a problem or solution. Miro makes it easy to leave comments on specific parts of a diagram to know where the confusion is.
Awe' of MIRO
What do you like best about the product?
So, Basically when i started to use Miro, it was a quick knock-off of figjam (atleast what i felt), but soon or later i understood that its even more than it. Creating flowcharts was way too easier, the ai features are killing it. And The main feature that i like is how you could record your entire explanantion of your flowchart, and is availble to the rest of the team, making the top most complicated flow charts to be explained in a easier way and would be saving 1000+ hours in each company! I mean, all of this review is just to give enough kudos to the entire team, who worked in re-imagining, re-engineering how the feature should be working, and the entire tech team who made it possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to dislike how the dashboad looked like! Super confused.
I had like 22 miro charts that i given access and GOD i forgot what i had in which file, and i used to open them all. But the new table/list view is super helpful for me or atleast who are coming from other flowchart softwares, it was super helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- The way its easier for everyone to draw things much more b/w draw.io and figjam actually landed me on miro in being minimal, fast but feature rich at the same time.
Miro is a great communication tool about design
What do you like best about the product?

Quite a great tool to communicate with a team about design aspect in a project, storyboard etc....

What do you dislike about the product?
It's true that Miro got aswell a few cons, it's hard sometimes to create convenient grids to display a large panel of images or infos or i feel that there is a few tools that could be improved, but overall still a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me to display a large number of visual in order to communicate with my team about them
Miro review - tool for everything
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it has so many options for both creation and collaboration, makes it the tool I use very often. The amount of options combined with available templates provides you a playground for basically all types of activities where you need to organize your thoughts and bring some actionable next steps. This is why I use it mostly, to make sense out of a mess of information coming my way.
Also, it's great for making quick demos, prototypes, presentations, anything that can transform a meeting from 1 hour of explaning something to 15 minutes of showing the board.
Finally, it's great for collaboration since there is a robust set of features for putting people into one digital space and letting them contribute however they can, both live and offline.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like sharing features that much. It feels like I've heard one too many times that someone doesn't have access to the board becasue the link was generated incorectly or is not a part of of some workspace. I know this might be a problem on company admin level or on user knowledge level, but as I'm used to top UX in Miro, this stands out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to make sense out of a mess. Whether that is a lot of information, a lot of people, or a complex system with many moving elements. So the value it brings is decreasing time to understand these cases and move forward with something actionable.
Also, it can give a good way to document some of the concepts in early stages where other tools might be too rigid or restrictive. So here I'd say it gives you a platform to express your thoughts and put in in somewhat readable format.

An Indispensable Tool for Collaborative Brainstorming and Project Planning
What do you like best about the product?
Miro excels in its intuitive and highly visual interface, making collaboration seamless, even for remote teams. The vast array of templates, tools, and integrations allows for endless customization, whether you’re brainstorming, mapping out a project, or conducting a workshop. The ability to see everyone’s input in real-time fosters creativity and engagement. Miro’s flexibility to suit different workflows—whether agile, design thinking, or simple planning—makes it an indispensable tool in my workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is a powerful tool, its performance can occasionally slow down with larger boards or when multiple collaborators are working simultaneously. Additionally, the learning curve for new users can be a bit steep, especially for those unfamiliar with digital whiteboarding. Pricing for larger teams can also become expensive, depending on the features you need. However, despite these minor drawbacks, the benefits far outweigh the limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of remote collaboration by providing a shared, visual workspace where teams can brainstorm, plan, and organize ideas in real-time. It has greatly improved our ability to run workshops, map out complex processes, and collaborate across time zones without missing a beat. With Miro, we’ve streamlined project planning and brainstorming sessions, reducing the need for long meetings and making our workflow more efficient. The ability to integrate with other tools like Jira and Slack has also helped centralize our work and reduce context switching
The next best thing for collaboration to being in a room with colleagues.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has become my main tool for project managing consumer research programmes, gathering findings, generating insights and workshopping them with colleagues. As we work remotely and in different timezones, it also allows colleagues that I have shared with to explore, contribute and participate despite not being able to physicallz meet. The build-in video call function adds an extra layer of usability to what is already a great platform. I introduced Miro to my team and now they use it regularly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that Miro cannot really replicate from working in the real world is physical scale. With time boards can become very rich and crowded, and this is when the limitations of a screen shows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we all work remotely, it can be difficult to establish cross-functional collaboration which is so essential to success. Miro is a key tool to overcome this challenge.
The best tools in one place
What do you like best about the product?
It is evolving dynamically, getting better and better. Everything you need for your daily work or project work is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It uses a lot of memory, which can be a problem for lower performance computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overcoming remote operational difficulties.
