Great platform to improve collaboration

  • December 27, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro because my team has fun using it for the first time. When I bring new people into the platform to collaborate for the first time, they all really get into and enjoy the process. We all see a lot of value from using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly don't see any. Maybe paying for it? :) It's certainly worth paying for it but I can't think of anything I don't enjoy about the platform. Maybe they could add an "import from Mural" feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a central place to get ideas out of my head and into a work space. Docs won't do it. Spreadsheets can't do it. I do a lot in Figma but it's not really a platform built for this, though they have come forward a bit.

So, Miro helps me organize my thoughts and easily share them.

Intuitive Virtual Wall after a little practice

  • December 26, 2024
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really love that multiple people can seamlessly collaborate in the same space. while microsoft products technically can do this, it's very glitchy and we often lose work with versions. No issues with miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
miro is not immediately intuitive, but using it comes more easily with practice.

working in a creative agency, we often use high rez images and that can slow down load time for individual boards, forcing us to sometimes split related projects into separate boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
workshops for virtual meetings
creative brainstorms

It's convenient, but there are some parts that are a bit difficult to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily share with everyone and the excellent freehand drawing feature are its strengths.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that not much effort has been put into the freehand feature. The help comments that appear when selecting a command on the toolbar are very distracting. In addition, I would like a pointer feature to share the specific areas being pointed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly work as an instructor and conduct lessons using an online whiteboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps visualize processes and ideas. The AI is also useful
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI function sometimes will not work if there's a lot of steps in the process. Also, not a lot of options for subcategories
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOP visualization

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the ability to collaborate with organizational partners on joint project work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps product lifecycle tools could be implemented for some of the more common collaborative work tools, e.g., kanban, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use it as a space for task control, work planning, development and exchange of ideas and elaboration of innovative diagrams and/or inherent to the design and development of products.
