MIRO is my architectural super tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly I can draw up systems architecture and how easy it is to share the content and boards with users, enabling my colleagues and customers to easily naviagte and visualize my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
How challenging it can be to integrate content from MIRO into M365 products like PowerPoint, Word and Excel. For as much as I use MIRO for my drawings and sketches I still need to produce deliverables for my engagements and it would be nice to quickly export content to those products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to draw sketches and diagrams quickly and in a way I can use tools cross platform. I primariy use MAC but I also deliver in Windows, Visio only works in Windows and is not as feature rich as MIRO.

Would be nice to have more custom options. Like colors on sticky notes.

Awsome productivi, organizational
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro. It's incredibly useful for so many things. Currently, I’m studying concept art, and I’m using Miro to connect ideas, create reference boards and mood boards, and share images in real-time. Its virtually infinite canvas is amazing for writing and collaboration. Miro has everything needed to be an indispensable tool in the workflow of a creative team.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a tough one to answer. I can't really find anything to dislike about Miro. Perhaps the only downside is that it can consume a significant amount of RAM, which might cause issues on a low-specs PC. However, when I used it on a low-specs computer, it wasn't much of a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of distance by providing an immensely large board, much like those found in universities, allowing you to visualize ongoing projects that need constant observation. It offers numerous benefits, including improved communication and significant contributions to the workflow of a concept art project for various productions.
good collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, helps with collaboration, nice mix of built in options and templates
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing can be complicated, especially to those within our organization that don't have a license, not able to adjust line spacing for text
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to document our journey maps and processes all in one location with multiple people able to access and edit
Miro is the Most Intuitive Whiteboarding Tool for the Technologically Challenged
What do you like best about the product?
It uses the standard hotkeys from microsoft or mac computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a long time to load boards with a lot of handwriting on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It functions as a classroom whiteboard for online instruction.
Great Tool for Cross-functional Teams
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to align with my cross-functional teams using Miro. The ability to put anything on the board (spreadsheets, PDF's etc.) & share a link for others to access for collaborating is awesome. You can even create documents with layers like you would using Indesign or Illustator. Miro also lets you download your files multiple different ways to your desktop. It is very easy to implement as well, the features are pretty straight forward. We use it to create trend presentations & to share ideas with our managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still a little buggy. There are times where I have to upload an image multiple times to get it to fully load so it's not blurry. There are sometimes when we get locked out or the file won't reload either. Overall, I still enjoy using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to keep our alignment accross different teams helps reduce the amount of meetings we have to set.
Pre built templates for workflow chart
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has an amazing pre-built template that makes creating a flow chart very easy. Our team can also make edits and changes in real-time if any corrections are required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think Miro has time tracking when users have made the changes to the workflow but I'm not sure, apart from this all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has lots of pre-made templates that make creating a flowchart super easy. Our team can work on the flowchart at the same time and make changes as needed. This helps us collaborate efficiently and finish projects faster.
Miro is a great collaboration tool for remote teams!
What do you like best about the product?
As someone working with a remote team, I can’t recommend Miro highly enough. It has transformed how we collaborate, making distance feel irrelevant.
The ability to work on the same whiteboards and documents in real time is seamless. Whether brainstorming, mapping out workflows, or refining designs, Miro’s tools make everything intuitive and visually engaging. Our team meetings have been elevated—we can easily share ideas, leave feedback, and collaborate on workflows, all in one space.
What I like most is how close it feels to being in the same room as my colleagues. The interactive features, like sticky notes and drawing tools, replicate the energy of an in-person whiteboard session. Miro truly makes remote work feel connected and productive.
If you're part of a remote team looking for an efficient and engaging way to collaborate, Miro is an absolute game-changer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Other than an outage one morning for a couple of hours and occasional slight slowness when presenting in meetings while using your camera, there aren't really any particular things that I can say that I dislike about Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides templates for key workflows and diagrams that I use frequently. I save set up time and using templates means that those collaborating with me are familiar with the layouts and collaboration can kickoff without time to set up boards or basic workflows or time to discuss how to collaborate on the item.
Meaningful Interaction Between Users
What do you like best about the product?
Almost everyday I teach children online with various degrees of comfort working with technology. Miro makes it easy to interact with them and model lessons for them regardless of their experience with technology. It allows for bespoke interactions with each student. As the lesson ebbs and flows, I can easily refer to new documents that have been uploaded and continue the lesson in a meaningful way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool bar is helpful, but is not always organized according to the tasks I do the most. I appreciate how they are always assessing users need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has helped us solve the challenge of providing an active leaning environment for children online. It is great to be able to serve students in a meaningful way no matter where they live.
