A Powerful Tool for Streamlining Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro being one of our key asset for managing collaborative inputs from different projects in my role. Especially I manage (4) different countries. It's straight forward UI and flexibility makes it easy to map out workflows, brainstorm ideas, and keep each countries aligned-whether working remotely or in person
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can only create 3 boards at Free tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MIRO helps me address the challenges of handling different team and countries. Especially team collaboration and project alignment. It helps a lot with the endless back-and-forth emails, chats or silo'ed feedbacks by providing a centralized spaces for brainstorming, planning, and organizing ideas visually.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows many stake holders to have a grasp on the project simulteneosly and its solved the existant issue with google presentation use, which is limited and very hard to navigate. In miro you got everything set and displayed lie on your palm.
Miro really helps my day to day work
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to visually brainstorm and ideate and collaborate with others. I find it very easy to put anything on the imagination on the board and gather my thoughts in a visually appealing way. I find it easy to use overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tables can be filtered and sorted like excel. I initially found the access and miro "folders"/spaces confusing it's getting better but still confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to improve the customer experience of a product. Also helps in team meetings like retro and workshops.
Better than other Whiteboards
What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to get started using Miro. Sharing the board and onboarding users is easy. Rhe basic functions, features are self explainary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work a lot with inserting documents and pictures into the board. These leads to longer loading times and sometimes "sluggy" scrolling behaviour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to collect differnt "types" of information within a single software tool. Doesn't matter the file type or "dimension" of the information. With Miro you can combine them in a usable, understandable way
Fast and easy visualise to support ideation sessions
What do you like best about the product?
The abiliity to quickly move, remove, add and link concepts is powerful for creative teams when problem solving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited integrations suitable for my teams functions and tool set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Async work meets collaboration across teams and timezones. It's an amazing tool to easily represent conceptual ideas in a visual medium, and allow others to add, question or comment as they engage.
Miro makes collaborative creativity easier, and way more fun.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is so quick and easy to use.
Building on a foundation idea is fun, simple, and addictive.
Building on a foundation idea is fun, simple, and addictive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because our team is constantly refining ideas and coming up with new angles, it's great to be able to check in, update, and be on the same page easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a remote team, all gifted creators. Collaborating and sharing ideas so efficiently is a game changer.
A big fan of Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has always ridden the line between having massively deep featuresets as well as being easily adoptable by new users. It does the basics really well, but scales to some pretty complex needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Miro has grown, it's also kept changing the UI, and UX. Some of those changes feel like they take things backwards, and there is a constant need to re-learn the interface after every update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Miro for all sorts of purposes, largely around collaboration, as well as visual note-taking from various meetings, activities, or strategies.
Miro is one of those software platforms in my daily toolkit!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create a range of different whiteboards, using pre-existing or customised templates. It really helps me out with most thing from creating slide decks, to feature kick-offs, to quarterly & sprint planning.
I would say I use Miro every day, and can be a great dumping ground to visualise a bunch of thoughts prior to refining them.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more image tools in Miro, for example ease of creating brand icons. It would also be great to have the ability to drop in PDFs or Videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discovery of new initiatives, for example, running collaborative workshops, replaying discovery findings, design thinking etc.
My Miro review 2-25
What do you like best about the product?
Real time collaboration, various features and use case we can use it for, speed to access. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of copy / paste from one board to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple use case, mostly project management and delivery planning but also retrospective and mind mapping.
Enables interactive design collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Having an overview available on most* devices and a collaborative environment where we can sketch and make comments has been imperative to our recent project which haa involved multiple offices where we used it daily. It is simple for anyone to use without much prior information. The ability to track comments and see completed comments helps us to understand our workload better, and having milestone boards for us to look back in is great for record keeping.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can be heavy and laggy sometimem, and it does not run at all on some of our older devices due to RAM issues. Large drawing packages (even when scaled down as JPEGs) can make the board jerky when panning around and sometimes it crashes. The free version is very tricky to find your saved boards through the app, even if they are starred. It would be useful to export comments in to another format for offline use. With a large package of drawings updating the miro board to the latest set can be time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro prevents confusion of using finding server locations for JPG and PDF files in to one Point of Access for our design documents across a big design team in multiple offices or remote locations. For presentations, It has replaced our roughing out/collage sessions we used to do in person before the Pandemic where we are all working remotely more often, which is a task it would be tricky to do in other software.
