What do you like best about the product?
The multiplayer, the functions and the templates are amazing.

But wireframing and adding different icons for example still an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file management to have all listed in one screen in complicated.

The visibility of some files, that maybe you dont want to be publuc at one point of time is quite confusing.

A personal part would be appreciated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing and exploring ideas. This is the main function for me. The connectivity and the shareability is key points here.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro enables collaboration, planning and documentation like no other tool. It's great for workshops, stucture, anlysis and planning. It's easy to invite others to join boards, and takes no time to get going with the tool because of how easy and intuitve it is to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so intuitive to use pictures in miro, i wish there was an option text from pdf (a better integration of acrobat formats)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows real time collaboration, making it SO easy for many people to contribute and be included at the same time. The integrations of different apps and now also AI features make possible for a lot of work to be happening directly in Miro.

A Designer’s Perspective

What do you like best about the product?
Miro excels in its user-friendly interface, making it accessible even for those new to digital whiteboarding. Its intuitive design allows for a seamless experience, enabling quick and easy creation of boards and collaboration.
The platform's flexibility is a standout feature. It allows me to build anything I need, from simple brainstorming sessions to complex design workflows, with a wide range of tools and templates at my disposal. Miro is exceptional in a fully remote setup. It facilitates real-time collaboration, bringing team members together regardless of their location, which is crucial for maintaining productivity and creativity in a distributed team environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I often have numerous boards open simultaneously. In these instances, Miro can become glitchy and slow, which can disrupt the flow of work and become a bit frustrating. This is something I hope will be addressed in future updates to improve stability and performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhanced Collaboration: Miro brings together remote teams in a seamless and interactive way. This is crucial for design work, where real-time feedback and brainstorming are essential. The ability to collaborate on a shared digital whiteboard, regardless of location, ensures that all team members are aligned and can contribute to the creative process without geographical constraints.

Flexibility and Creativity: Miro offers a versatile canvas that adapts to various needs. Whether I’m mapping out user journeys, creating wireframes, or conducting design sprints, Miro’s flexibility allows me to build and organize content in a way that best suits the project. This freedom enhances my creative process and helps in visualizing complex ideas more effectively.

Streamlined Communication: The integration of comments, sticky notes, and other collaborative tools within Miro helps in maintaining clear and organized communication. It simplifies the process of gathering feedback, making it easier to incorporate suggestions and track changes directly on the board.

Integration with Other Tools: Miro’s ease of integration with other platforms like Slack, Google Drive, and Figma means I can work within my preferred ecosystem while still leveraging Miro’s collaborative features. This streamlines my workflow and reduces the need to switch between different tools.

So much love for Miro

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of it - you just open a board, and intuitively start working. The colours and templates are a great framework to help me organise my thoughts.

I've done some of my best work on Miro
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the video function - but a lot of my colleagues opt for Zoom, since they don't know the video function exists. That's a bit of a bummer. The comments section is a bit fidly.

The limitations with font is quite frustration - I would like to be able to highlight certain words, make certain words larger than others etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templates are a god send

I work on a remote team, Miro provides a great place to collaborate and get creative!

Miro - the every day tool & hero.

What do you like best about the product?
An intuitive, fun tool to use that helps us across the business facilitate many collaborative sessions from project kick offs & management to retros to discovery sessions with a client.
I especially appreciate that what would typically be rather ugly process maps or written notes can be prettily presented bringing a little joy to even the most mundane meetings.
They are always bringing out new features & functionality too so you feel the product is improving and going somewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boards can get quite big and quite messy and thus end up quite hard to navigate - especially when reviewing older pieces of work or for those not directly involved in the project - we are currently trying to number frames to help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro boards have become our one source of truth across many purposes within the business allowing for everyone to meet in one place and collaborate together.

Very handy tool for visualizing any abstract user flows I want to put to paper

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is not cluttered UI-wise. I have a few essential tools I keep reusing and that's it - they are everything I need to get the job done. I can also easily share the board with others from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can only have 3 active boards with a free account, but I do appreciate that the other ones do not get deleted but frozen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can freely make a user flow in any way I want and knowing I won't have any restrictions visually (in the sense that I can make anything, without restrictions of the number of elements for example) is comforting and empowering

It's a great tool for my business to bring together all of the information I have with my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Documents and presentation data can all be viewed in the same place and in preview.
Unlimited space is available for project management.
You can create frames by chronological or thematic order, collaborate with clients, and view them all in one miro.
It is also easy to start collaborative work. The only implementation is to invite people by email address.
Because of this ease, I use miro for all my projects. I launch miro every day to track the progress of my projects.
It is also integrated with a variety of tools, so integration is flexible and easy, even without programming skills.
If you have any problems, you can contact support to solve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It consumes a lot of memory space on the laptop. A computer with high specs is recommended. We expect it to run more lightly and with less memory consumption in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part is that anyone can easily use the framework.
This helps bridge the skill gap between users.
By using the framework together with a work partner, a common understanding can be achieved, and communication is smooth and discrepancies are difficult to occur.
An added advantage is that it is visually pleasing to the eye.
