The perfect solution for agile development teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great for teams that are working remotely and can't be together for an in-person whiteboarding session. My teams have used it for collaborative note-taking as well as hosting agile team retrospectives. I also use it for my self for mind mapping and creating basic logic diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The built-in AI is definitely improving, but I feel like it is still behind a little compared to other AI systems. Also, I wished that it could connect with on-premises versions of Azure DevOps as that would be a major game changer for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows my team to be collaborative, but also allowing unique personalities to show on the boards. It is very open ended and free form.

Miro Review
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the best tool for team Collaboration as it helps you collaborate effectively in a remote and cross-functional team space. The best part is the customisation provided for each of the business usecases that it helps. I especially use it for designs, flowcharts, retrospectives and project kickoff work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can be improved on access pov as it takes time to get access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with teams online.
Miro has transformed how I capture and communicate my ideas. Hybrid is only possible with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is comically easy to use. I have run huge numbers of workshops and async collaborations with all types of users and never had to explain the basics. It's so simple to create new boards and begin sketching ideas that I use it every day for note taking and personal brainstorming. it really couldn't be easier.
The integrations with other products (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Google docs) are trivial and really amplify the value Miro brings.

What do you dislike about the product?
The folder / space / project structure is quite confusing. So is the sharing permission. It's not always obvious who has permissions to what. I also wish the search across and within boards was better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation and institutional knowledge. In a startup, it is a constant challenge to capture and maintian insigths and decisions in a consistent way. Miro allows us to do that.
Remote collaboration. Without Miro I really don't think we could function.

Miro is super easy to use and has so much functionality. While I use it daily for work, I recently started using it to collaborate with students in my Masters class and it has become an integral part of how we work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of features that can initially be intimidating if you are using it for the first time. I probably still don't know how to use everything, but I love that I can learn something new each time!

Miro is the best for artistic collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is a space that allows for idea generation in one space, that is customizable and easy to use. I use this tool with my students so they can see each others work as well as hold a place for all their artistic reasearch. We use it everyday in the classroom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish when you you commented on an idea using the @name function it automatically sent an email notification. I wish there was not an option to opt out .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage in one place, no more printed mood boards, less time cutting and pasting irl.
I recommend Miro
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Miro is its versatility and ease of use. It visually organizes ideas, enables real-time collaboration, and offers practical templates that save time. The integrations with other tools and the collaborative experience make work more dynamic and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is a powerful tool, there are some aspects I find frustrating, such as the sluggish performance on large boards, the lack of granular control over permissions, and the confusing interface for new users. Additionally, the high cost for small teams and the difficulty in organizing extensive projects can make the experience less practical than it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enhances collaboration and organization by centralizing information and providing visual tools for brainstorming, planning, and project management, making your work more efficient and dynamic.
From a mind mess to a mind map

Using Miro feels so intuitive because of the interface design. It's collaborative, colorful and fun to use.

A great tool for collaboration & brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make any board creative & collaborate with your team at the same time. We use it majorly for project planning and progress tracking. Has lovely features and too many add ins and great UI. Its a great way to present your ideas/plans in a visual manner instead of the regular PPTs.

One thing Im yet to maybe figure is - tables/excel files do not get updated itself while entering values. You have to do a lot of those things mannually
