What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for brainstorming and note-taking, but Miro offers a unique way of organizing thoughts by utilizing not just pages but also a single board with multiple frames within it. Similar to the method of loci as a memory technique, I tend to remember information based on its location. Because of this, a large, flexible workspace like Miro's seems to be an effective tool for brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
poor alignment system
poor text box flexibility

As a Product Manager I use Miro on a daily basis
What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows me to quickly organise workshops and save me tons of time. It is also a perfect whiteboard tool for ideating and brainstorm together. During meetings I often open a Miro board to visualise discussions and action points
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides really. I miss some AI interaction that can take as an input the board and create a written analysis or propose ordering/grouping input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this digital age where 100% of my work is remote it is a 1 on 1 substitute for a whiteboard I used to drag around the office to all my meetings
Super versatile tool for collaboration and brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it really easy to collaborate with my team, especially when we’re working remotely. The real-time updates and interactive features like sticky notes, drawing tools, and templates are super helpful for brainstorming sessions. It feels just like using a physical whiteboard, but with way more flexibility and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
ometimes the boards can get a bit slow if they’re really large or if too many people are editing at once. Also, the pricing might not be ideal for smaller teams with tighter budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps my team collaborate better, especially when we're working remotely. It's great for brainstorming, organizing ideas, and creating workflows in a visual way. It has really cut down on the back-and-forth in emails and meetings since we can all work on the same board in real-time. It’s also super helpful for mapping out complex processes or plans.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the curved arrows are little annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High Level Design or Architechture of any new Software developement we do.
Best tool for presentation of projects, preparation and research.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to map out the thoughts, ideas, and theories to a list of papers. Whenever I read what I wrote, I start thinking more in detail, giving me 2X the outcome I get without using this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no feature to download all the content in a presentation format. Also, when copying from Excel it reformats the table. It takes time to make the table look easy to understand again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping a lot with project status presentations and making the research, strategy easy to write it down. It nearly limitless that I can do with Miro.
I can't imagine my work without Miro.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Miro since their early years, through three different companies, on three different plans (business, enterprise, and free), and it's baked deeply into my process. Miro is like a playground that allows you to seamlessly work through different stages of your project while keeping all your work and iterations in a single space, or neatly organized into different boards.
It's ridiculously easy to get started, and onboarding collaborators takes zero effort. From initial ideation and brainstorming to detailed project execution plans, the flexibility Miro provides is beyond any similar tool in the space. Need to collaborate? You can start a comment thread. Need more context on the topic? Record a video walkthrough. Want to make sure you get the critical updates? Connect to Slack.
When I'm stuck, I know I can tap into Miro templates or the community for inspiration. It's just such a well-rounded, easy-to-implement, and easy-to-integrate tool, that I can't imagine my work without it.

What do you dislike about the product?
When working in a larger organization, sometimes the permissions can be a bit confusing, mainly when it comes to spaces. This doesn't have so much to do with Miro, but with the organizational setup which can be easy to overcomplicate. Sometimes it's easy to miss notifications, especially in a busy board/project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an extension of my brain, but the kind I can open to other people for collaboration if needed. I use it for marketing planning, research, mapping out user journeys, jobs-to-be-done research (there's a great template for that), and many other tasks that without the flexibility that Miro provides wouldn't be possible. It's like a scrapbook for professionals, but one that you can modify, scale, and reshape with each stage of the project.
My go to tool for planning for years
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Miro for over five years and it’s honestly become my go to tool for pretty much everything when i need to visualize plans, strategies and roadmaps. I use it pretty regularly - close to weekly, if not daily -depending on the project I’m working on.. I find it quite versatile, I use it for team workshops, brainstorming sessions and even to play team games. The integrations are a big win for me as they save me from hopping between tools to get things done. I needed to speak to customer support a couple of times within these years and they were usualy genuinely helpful - which is always nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing for me is the limitations on plans. If you hit your board limit you can’t edit older ones without upgrading, which is frustrating. It sometimes forces me to cram everything onto one board, which isn’t ideal but it does keep things organized in one spot. Overall i think is a small trade off for how much I rely on it...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to map out customer journeys, NPS flows, and communication timelines, like when users receive specific messages. It’s also helpful for brainstorming ideas and turning them into visuals I can share with my team. The unlimited space lets me lay everything out clearly without worrying about running out of room, which makes it easier to organize and explain complex processes. It’s been a useful tool for planning and collaboration.
