The best research-board tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how smooth everything is, how easy it is to use it, how intuitive the actions are and how handy it is for most of the tasks that i use it for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that i dislike is that almost every time that i have to open miro on the web it asks me to sign in each time. it gets annoying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to perform reaserch tasks, like moodboarding, mind-mapping, anything related to design research!
The Ultimate Tool for Collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for a tool to brainstorm project ideas with my friend and came across Miro. It turned out to be perfect for real-time collaboration. We could easily share our vision, add references and images, and even use sticker comments to drop in quick ideas. The board had tons of space, so we could spread out all our thoughts without running out of room. I especially liked the commenting feature—it made it easy to come back later and see each other’s feedback on different things. Another friend of mine even joked that recommending Miro was the best part of our friendship!
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version only allows for 3 boards and Miro sometimes freezes or slows down when there’s too much on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a graphic designer who works remotely, I find Miro really valuable for brainstorming project ideas with my colleagues. It helps us organize our workflow and share ideas in real time, allowing us to see a visual representation of our thoughts.
The essential software for every project to keep things organise
What do you like best about the product?
Infinity zoom out whiteboard, and all other tools (Shape, mindmap, text) that helps to organise things up
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming sometime, with the rapid updates and etc. Or perhaps just me haven't tap into the Miroverse community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The needs to cross referencing across multiple resources, documents etc. MIRO just keeps everything in one place and smoothen the flow and clear overview by a ton.
Very helpful for remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most useful tools for remote collaboration, brainstorming, planning and user research. I use it mostly in teams but also on my own to gather together media, structure data analysis or create mind maps. It is just so helpful in order to keep an overview, accessible from everywhere and does not run out of space as a PowerPoint file or so. It can also be easily used to present the current status of a project while being the work file for it at the same time. They are also continuously working on new features to improve Miro like the Jira integration. Grouping and locking of content are quite nicely done and work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to collaborate with users without an account which makes it difficult for user research, where users are often not happy to create an account at an unknown platform for. Everytime I open it with a new person they seem a bit overwhelmed and don't know what to do. After a little explaination it becomes clear quickly but maybe there is something that can be done about this first moment of confusion. I would love to style text differently within the same text file (font size-wise) to spare the extra field for a heading. When adding a lot of images it becomes quite slow, maybe there could be an option to scale down all the pictures so that everything loads quicker and works fluidly (if it exists I could not find it yet).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A virtual whiteboard for collaboration that is online and working quite well. With a lot of templates and options. It enhances team work at my studies and former workplace (working with International colleagues).
The best collaboration tool I've used in my career
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to collaborate on UX and UI both. It offers unlimited canvas space, multiple tools, such as frames, objects, sticky notes, comments, icons, images, linking external sites, wireframes, workshopping tools and much more.
I use it daily to share user journeys, wireframes, collaborate on mockups with engineering and create diagrams. I also use it for presentations.
Miro has a very low entrance barrier and makes it super easy to share things with stakeholders. Usually people can come in and start using it right away with little to no guidance; even if they have never worked in Miro before.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that it can take a load on browser memory usage, if the board is super big and slow it down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us navigate the world of software development, making it easy to lay out complex flows, which are otherwise complicated to comprehend - when delivered through documentation or spoken word.
Overview of Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration with team during the meeting is the best about Miro, which helps teams to share their ideas with others. Miro has plenty of ways to share the ideas like text, Sticky notes, diagrams, mind map, frames for presentations, etc.,
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I didn't encounter any pitfalls in Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I want to highlight here is the presentation and collaboration.
Presentation: Earlier we use one place to discuss all our ideas and then use either gsuite or local deck to present our ideas to others, but with Miro using the frames we discuss and share the ideas, its saving considerable amount of time.
Collaboration: Miro has n number of ways to collaborate with teams

Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
As a design firm with remote team-members, Miro allows us to host collaborative design sessions virtually. I've also found it to be a great resource even when using it individually to white-board ideas, and rapid-prototype inspiration/materials boards, and even graphic design layouts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro doesn't handle large images or pdf's very well - the boards get bogged down and slow. And sometimes it's been a little glitchy. We've noticed a decline in performance since we initially started using it in 2020
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a visual virtual collaboration space.
Great visual collaboration website for building out workflows, diagrams, and brainstorming!
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastics flexibility with diagrams, workflows, templates, and integrations with other apps like Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the scale of diagrams is off because someone built it when they were zoomed in and another person built a diagram when they were zoomed out. I would love more workflow or swim lane diagram examples to get me started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative diagramming, documenting software configuration, documenting pros and cons with a diagram, mind mapping with team building.
A great productivity tool, solo or collaboratively
What do you like best about the product?
The infinite canvas allows for flexible thinking and problem solving processes, in individual projects or larger scale programs
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it can take very long time to load large boards with lots of files in them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initial brainstorming session, presenting and getting feedback on visual deliverables.
