Great way to facilitate remotely!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has provided a level of convenience I wasn't expecting pre-Covid. Our teams use physical Post-Its religiously ... since transitioning to Miro during the lockdown, we noticed there are a lot of advantages compared to the aforementioned (readable writing, Post-Its won't fall, easy to move Post-Its around).
What do you dislike about the product?
Eye strain - it's tough to look at the screen for hours on end during a facilitated workshop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solved the problem of remote facilitation. The combination of Zoom + Miro has been a blessing

What do you dislike about the product?
A google hangout integration would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make work visible
Whiteboard sessions have gone digital!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is just so flexible, in our company we use it for Kanbans, product development, roadmaps, collaborative work, thought maps, workflow designs, you name it! Whenever we need to work together on a project, we can jump into the same board, follow the leader or jump in and change things ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It does everything we need it to and more. We probably use it for more than what it's designed for, but the flexibility allows that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the COVID lockdown we needed a way to make our morning Kanban sessions digital. Miro suited that purpose perfectly, and now we've actually stopped using a physical board. It's the best tool we've found so far for collaboration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a space in which you need to be creative, map out a plan, or collaborate with others, miro is absolutely the tool for you.
Fantastic collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is awesome when you want to get together with your team remotely, brainstorm, collaborate and get on the same page. It also offers ample choices of templates that you can explore and review your work approach in different ways. I recently created flowcharts and mind maps on Miro and it was super easy compared to other well known tools in the market for process diagrams. It also integrates with other tools like Jira and I can add or embed images and videos/files into Miro boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zooming in and out is a bit tricky at times. Sometime, it is difficult to maintain a consistent visual across all elements on a Miro board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I use Miro every single day to create boards for meetings, workshops, design, user journeys, flow charts, brainstorming, prioritizing, project monitoring, etc. and it has been extremely helpful during remote working. It brings everyone together on the same board to actively participate and view each others actions in real time. It is very easy to use and there is no learning curve unlike other tools in the market.
Miro is amazing! - The tool agile facilitators & project managers needed to survive in remote times.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use Miro. The teams I work with need just some minutes to get familiarized on how it works.
In addition to that, Miro helps a lot to break down Epics / Features into smaller user stories as well as mapping dependencies and pointing out risks.
To put it simple: Miro is a tool for adults that needs collaboration working in complex scenarios.

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Miro could benefit from a global lock, so we could lock all the sections at once. Users tend to get really excited and always move our frames / objects unless we have it locked frame per frame.
We could also benefit from a feature filter, where we could configure which features users could use. Sometimes we just need them to use sticky notes.
The price is really high for us Brazilians. I see lots of value in the tool, however, I wouldn't be able to pay it myself due to current dollar to Brazilian Real conversions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Free license only lets you use three projects

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You have one and only blackboard for the team, you can add as much templates as you can, you can move fast through the board, people like to wathc everybody working on the same page, it all stays registered for future references so you can review repvious work to move on
Great collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. I learned the main functionality in less than an hour. I also like how you can make links public so there is no need for clients to create an account or sign in. It has a lot of templates to start from but you can easily make your own boards and navigate. I also like being able to choose the color of the stickies I want, which is nice for creating categories, priorities, or differentiating users. Also, I really like the many formats you can export too. Our top used ones are Excel, PDF, and JPG.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are some glitches with moving around the board, but overall it is solid for our purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool for remote collaboration since COVID has prevented us from doing in-person workshops. It is also really great for documenting requirements and not having to re-type them as you can easily export to Excel or PDF.
I started to use Miro only half year ago but nowadays use it daily.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is excellent to support us on a wider range of actions. The only limitation is our imagination.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to know how to manage boards better, view and find them comfortably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for brain storming, project plan, project tracking, meeting recording, design, etc. It supports and guides people to visualize the thoughts and structure them.
Could not function without Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro was key to enabling the shift to a remote workforce in many BHP teams in a very short time. While we were already using Miro for workshops, system design diagrams and team collaboration regularly, it was during COVID when most digital teams went remote, that it really came through for us. It was one of the 3 key collaboration tools (Atlassian suite and Teams chat being the other 2) that ensured we could maintain team velocity of our digital product team despite the challenges of being 100% remote.
Miro is reliable, fast and easy for new comers and non-technically savvy people to get into.

What do you dislike about the product?
Backing up boards was a manual process. Sometimes different users would scale their boards differently items making items extremely small or massive, when cut n paste between different boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing remote teams with a collaborative working area that can sometimes be even better than being in a physical office. This can mean some office space could be repurposed or eliminated.
We are doing product discovery and design, story mapping, team health workshops, scrum ceremonies and software design in Miro. The benefits are having everyone collaborate at the same time to create shared living documents and rich diagrams that help in capturing, organizing and visualizing insights for our products, users, backlogs and systems.
