Great collaborative experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly spin up a new board and start collaborating for so many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's something funky about selecting and moving objects.
It feels clunky when typing notes and then needing to move them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to visually explore customer flows with stakeholders cuts down on so many cycles of back-and-forth revisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Miro for what it's good at; don't try to bend it to everything.

Real time collaboration at its best. A real useful tool to tell my story to my stakeholders
What do you dislike about the product?
when i dont use miro for 30 minutes, it auto logs off. Though I understand its use for security. As I have to do a SSO to login, it takes more than a minute to login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a designer and I do my wireframes, ideation, workflows here
My number 1 tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a UX Designer, Miro is just perfect for site mapping, user flows and sometimes even wireframing. One of the best features is the possibility of sharing the board with colleagues as developers or Product Owners and having a quick feedback without too much stress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t have anything to say that I don’t like. I think the only part that can be improbable is the navigation on the board, might be more fluid overall!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually use it to analyze websites or mobile Apps. Is pretty useful as well in an Agile project, as a remote team, retrospectives or brainstorming sessions are usually on Miro. Even User Research sometimes is via Miro!
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving away from traditional Whiteboard to Digital Whiteboard for my sessions during pandemic. Miro came in as a blessing in disguise to express my thoughts to my customers and they were quite impressed. In turn this helps customer visually see their pain points, solutioning and so forth.

Have generally found it to be a very useful, easy-to-use, organizational & visualization tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Variety of tools & methods for visualization & organization, real-time collaboration, multi-media compatibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recent updates have greatly negatively impacted ability to work comfortably and efficiently (described below). Large boards with lots of content can become slow and heavy to work in. Have noticed tremendous competition of processor power when running large miro boards & zoom at same time, often causing freezing or other system failure problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically, move and select no longer work as before and is adding tremendous friction and frustration to my entire user experience, and copy & paste now breaks mindmaps into individual text objects, forcing significant re-work.
Miro has greatly benefitted my ability to visually problem-solve and communicate with peers across a variety of problem-spaces and disciplines.

Most effective collaborative whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is fully featured platform. It is a great tool, which has helped me in remote working no matter where I am, I easily get started at any time. Its zoom able canvas and web white board is helping us to create, what exactly I want, and aims at providing an engaging, intuitive and collaborating experience about teamwork on an online whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is a user-friendly and efficient platform. It is fully featured I have not faced anything bad while using its services. For me it is a complete platform with professional customer services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before starting the session, I mostly carry out discussion in the inbox about the points needed to highlighted an again I am thankful to Miro’s chatting service. It is integrated with various other platforms, like Slack, JIRA, Dropbox, etc, which is helping us to easy mange our workflow by dragging and dropping the files.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro has influenced our organization, I easily discuss about our customers journey by building the road maps that provides us a centralized hub for product strategy and execution, so we will suggest it to you as well. It is suitable for medium to large set ups.
Miro is my favorite remote collaboration software
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro cannot just replace a physical whiteboard or flipchart but actually improves upon it.
I can work on the same whiteboard with 20+ colleagues - something that was never possible in a physicial conference room.
Due too the enourmous size of the whiteboard, much more complex topics can be mapped out.
The templates and the ability to copy and past speed up the workshop preparation significantly.
The ability to zoom in and out is a game changers. I can effortlessly change my perspective and the level of details I want to be exposed to.
Following another user on a Miro board is at least 10-times better than screensharing.

What do you dislike about the product?
With 10+ people at the same time an improperly locked items, it can get messy. But that is more a fault of whoever sets up the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Miro solves for me is conducting remote workshops with the same efficiency as offline workshops. The biggest benefit is that collaboration actually becomes faster. And everything is automatically documented. It is no longer necessary to digitalize workshop results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it out. After playing with it, watch some videos - there are many hidden nuggets that are not obvious while using it. And you absolutely need to check out the library of templates. It is very likely that your use case has already been solved.
