Great tool to collect ideas and structure them for insightful communication
What do you like best about the product?
Miro works very intuitive, colleagues outside my team started to use Miro for themselves without anyone asking them to do so. It is a great tool to structure insights and communicate among different stakeholders.
I like the fact that the software is rapidly improving with new features and valuable templates. With the vast offer of templates you get inspiration from other users and companies. There are plenty integrations with other software tools, I don't use them (yet?) but they might be helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
For guests it can be a hassle to set up the right privacy settings in their OS to join a videocall within Miro.
MS Teams is a more safe option, though Teams is on the other hand very demanding on the OS. Ideally I would set up video calls in Miro.
The speed and stability of the tool could be improved a little. Also it would be nice to be able and sellect specific boards to be hidden for specific people.
I also would like to choose from sets of icons, to have a logic familiy in a flow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creative processes: Exploring existing customer journeys, mind-mapping for new projects, drafting service blueprints for new propositions, creating flowcharts to communicate the business rules of new software.
Team processes: hosting retrospective meetings

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's free to try, and easy to set-up so there is no risk in just giving it a go and see for yourself.

None — all okay now! Really okay, I'm don't know what to write here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge interchange, meetings facilitation.
Miro accelerates the work I do with my clients
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly the tool is as well as all the time-saving Templates, the group sessions with Best Practice with other Miro users.
Finally I found a tool which works the way I think! :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I pay 2 seats on a team without using the 2nd one, because no single paid plans available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote collaboration with clients
Visualizing & developing of business strategy, course materials, coaching sessions using countless features which otherwise are offered by separate tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, MIndMap etc

Intuitive, versatile and amazing design.
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of your product! It has an intuitive design and is versatile. Personally, the features that I most like are:
1. Open canvas, which you can customize freely or base on one of your templates. For example, it's great for visualizing long flows in a simple way
2. It's great as a collaboration tool, as you can see what others are editing in real-time, and you get a notification of any further editions. Also, the timer and vote feature makes meetings and workshops easier.
3. Images are easy to import and manipulate.

What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom in and zoom out can be a bit tricky from time to time. Also, when adding multiple arrows in a chart to connect images, for example, the arrows may get "confuse" and is difficult to change the connection between images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, two key things:
1. Collaborative online workshops. Miro makes it really easy for people to participate (for example with sticky notes and a voting feature).
2. Building user flows for our apps is amazingly easy and makes something complex understandable for everyone. The main benefit I've realized is how easy is to import images and organized them. As there is no space limitation, you can organize the screens in infinite ways.

Intuitive, beautiful ux

What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to sort and find if you have many boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote WS. Getting everybody engaged. Huge benefit in transparency and making everyone see the bigger picture.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start off with a board and use a ready template to get started.
Miro as a great tool for distant teaching and learning
What do you like best about the product?
What I adore is a plenty number of ready-made amazing templates. I can see where my students are and bring them to me if they are lost. To tell more, I can embed a lot of videos for my students to watch them in one place. They can collaborate simultaneously and everyone sees the results of team's work at once. I love the ability to use Education team as a teacher as I use plenty of resources and I can't pay for every resource. My salary won't be enough to cover the expences))).
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose that it would be a great opportunity to embed not only video but audio as well. Sometimes the board is getting frozen and it takes time to wait. I am not sure if it is because of the miro or my computer system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the job Miro does to help us use such techniques as brainstorming, virtual meetings, process documentation, team collaboration, efficiency with the timer. This feature keeps everyone on the call on task and present.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not waste your time and start using Miro. Do not miss your chance to collaborate on the best board. You can use a variety of task on this whiteboarding platform. There is no need to go to other places as everything you can find in one place. You can do with your students workshopping, strategy mapping, design, product development and process visualization.
Visualize, brainstorm, collaborate, present, build, analyze... all-in-one app!!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is intuitive and easy to use. Its possibilities are infinite. There are aaa lot of very useful templates and it is always improving and releasing new cool features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike. I have been using Miro for five years (since it was Real-Time Board) and I have brought it to all of my works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a digital Product Designer, I use it for benchmarking, wireframing, creating personas, story mappings, affinity diagrams, sharing insights...
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it!!
Finally I can collect my thougts at the same time as creating material ready for presentations!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the eternal desk and the focus on collaboration. Also getting icons and google pics into the tool is fantastic. And that one can drag PPT and other material into the desk is awesome, you can then both have research and produce in the same view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to export selected frames to Powerpoint. It would be nice to move the graphical elements into a pptx editable file to share to others. The pricing strategy for private use is a too pricey and also by accident I added people to my team to a huge cost, so for personal use I am thinking of stop using it because of the price point. Half the price would be OK (i bough consultant license).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets many people work together in creative mode and also be engaged. The value of that is HUGE!
miro review awesome, still work to be done to be amazing
What do you like best about the product?
flexibility to navigate infinitive, making charts
What do you dislike about the product?
not so many integrations with apple, notion both sides, pivot tables, excels, analytics in thereof or move back and forward between nested (embedded works)
Example
I use notion and OneNote to play around with iPad and documents in groups, courses, and lifestreams, miro can be embedded in notion but I can not embed the notion in miro, nor do excel analytics and turned them into a chart with metrics in situ. (one note can do that integrating with excel with one click)
This would speed up metrics works, and mixing writing into AI to text or drawings.
Maybe integrate with good notes or apps like that as well, we content creators could have a major role as well

it is easier for those users that do not play with whiteboards, so it can help somehow.
I would like to have more animations for example so that interactions could've bigger, polls etc.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
has a lot of potentials, for my personal needs, it is not there yet, so I need to use others at the same time with multi windows.
Fantastic tool; the digital whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
Easy learning curve, very extensible, quick adoption by most people in the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all whiteboards; things become scattered and you need to organize, structure, and clean up before it gets out of control.
Expensive to have everyone in the organization on it for small startups (20 people)
