What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can make text larger and add post it's in bulk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the current subscription offers. And how I can delete someone else's board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do user research with Miro.

What do you like best about the product?
Since I'm in a Design course, being able to work with other people together on the same document while prototyping and ideating is SO excellent and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing, Miro excels at its job really, really well and doesn't make me wish there was a feature there that isn't there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly uni work and internship work, since I work with coworkers a lot in different projects, having a board for each project and being able to organize everything so well in them is really helpful. I even used Miro for personal stuff and organization one time, it's that good.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to work together, actively brainstorm, and vote on ideas as a group. We can show clients in real time how we can make their ideas come to life during action mapping sessions; Miro makes it easy to facilitate these sessions. The range of useful templates; being able to import documents and incorporate them into boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some templates can be a little tricky to work with, and it can take some time to get used to how to add various elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to engage clients in active collaboration sessions helps us extract meaningful information from SMEs to plan out our proposed solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer continually looking for great user experience i find Miro easy and efficient to use. I am able to interact with teams to view projects and make comments, move objects and easily see highlighted changes from prior visits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the shortcut keys are not the standard functionality or obvious but i do like the prompts to help recall them. Sometimes i feel the screens are too sensitive to the zoom as well. It would also be nice if pages with edits would automatically be zoomed into when i return to the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
while working from home we needed a solution to collaborate similar to our walls or whiteboards at the office. This allows us to all be in the tool at once and discuss, make changes or comments. It is also a great way to capture feedback from various users or project managers.

Great Collaboration Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes remote collaboration easy. It allows for both structure and flexibility to promote creativity. We use to bring teams together for structured problem solving. It saves us time, creates space for multiple voices, and keeps us on track to our goals by working in a visual area. As a facilitator, being able to create custom templates and save them saves me a considerable amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Microsoft products, specifically teams. This would enable us to have a one stop shop for remote collaboration. Sharing via email is ok, but I'd love to save time by integrating with MS teams and sharing to teams and channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Miro to address sales, marketing, operations, and organizational effectiveness problems resulting in revenue gains, standardization of processes, and more effective people-oriented programs.

What do you like best about the product?
We like how it updates love on the board as users edit and create designs. I love how easy it is to use. It works exactly like how you expect it to work. I like its click and drag feature functionality. The snapping mechanism also works wonders and works better than any other tool I have used!
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to alt-tab to other boards easier. Short cuts, please! I think there are many ways to mature this platform, like zoning areas, so that when you drop a ticket in a location, automated actions activate on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can create workflows and wireframes of complex applications live and together in 5 separate rooms. Miro is extremely valuable for a remote workforce and can cut "design doc" sprawl down since you can keep everything in one place.
Miro has also helped us create a complex workflow for automating federal infrastructure and reduce a manual process into a button press solution.
Miro has helped with road mapping Program Increments for Software Development and tracks feedback and ownership.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is much better than Mural. Mural is clunky, slow, and non-intuitive. Miro blows it out of the water by empowering users with precise controls and better UI. If you have remote engineers, this is a must-have for collaborative working.

What do you like best about the product?
The clarity/simplicity. You don't have to be a designer to understand how to use it. We've gotten adoption from all corners of our org -
What do you dislike about the product?
there's a ton of icons that I don't understand and for that reason probably don't use it to it's full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our go-to for retrospectives and ideation. Being in the cloud/web browser makes it quick and frictionless to collaborate in real time without having to worry about file storage.

How an "https://miro.com/app/dashboard/" is organized. The structure we have to use Miro is not by teams, with that, some users find it difficult to find frames of ongoing initiatives

Visual management. Give me tools to create any type of board, according to the needs of each situation

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use once you learned, many tools for interacting and ideas sharing
What do you dislike about the product?
Video conference and chating tools it not intuitive to locate it, should be morel ike Meet or Zoom, to avoid use third party communications tools.
By other way, when a guest trying to access an specific board using the shared link, some time arrives at general home where user have to choose any alternative board.
If i trying to play a video, other users can´t see simultanuosly the content. every guest has to play the video for it self

solving problems with clients, making a product and services explanations.

make more intuitive registration process for guest and access to video chating tool
