A creative space to learn and grow
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro extensively for design and branding projects, and it has been a game-changer in discovery, research, and concept development. Its intuitive interface allows me to visually map out ideas, brainstorm freely, and organize thoughts effectively. The real-time collaboration tools are invaluable for keeping my team aligned, enabling us to iterate quickly and stay on the same page. From building visual frameworks to presenting polished concepts, Miro has streamlined my workflow, making complex processes feel seamless and interactive. Highly recommended for creative professionals!
What do you dislike about the product?
Boards with heavy content can slow down or become less responsive, and as a lot of what I do is visual, it can be impacted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a hybrid team, with some very visual learners so it enables us all to work together seamlessly, regardless of location, reducing communication gaps.

A powerful tool for collaboration with room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
- Miro allows us to work together on the same board simultaneously, which is one of the tool's standout advantages. This feature is especially crucial for remote teams, enabling seamless and efficient teamwork.
- The platform offers numerous templates perfectly suited for the various tasks I handle daily. Having ready-to-use templates significantly reduces the workload, cutting the effort in half compared to creating them from scratch.
- Miro’s AI tools assist with tasks like clustering sticky notes, creating summaries, and organizing information, making workflows faster and more efficient. These features are particularly helpful during brainstorming sessions and data synthesis.

What do you dislike about the product?
- When boards are particularly full of content, the system tends to slow down, especially on older computers. This can be a challenge during intensive brainstorming sessions or workshops. This issue is exacerbated when Miro is used simultaneously with a Teams call and while screen sharing, which is a common scenario during remote workshops or collaborative sessions. Improved optimization for such use cases would greatly enhance the tool’s reliability.
- Miro has become a daily tool for us designers, but for clients who might use it sporadically, it can feel less intuitive. Introducing a "simplified" mode or a quick guide could make the interface immediately understandable even for occasional users.
- The lack of an offline mode can be problematic, especially during critical activities like taking notes during an interview. If the connection is unstable, work must stop, and important notes could be lost. A feature enabling temporary offline work with synchronization once the connection is restored would significantly improve the user experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The interface could look better
- The worst part is switching accounts with different emails: I'm a consultant and have an account with my company where I manage internal projects but I also use every day the client account I follow. Switching accounts every time it's a NIGHTMARE. As a temporary solution, I had to use one account in the Miro app and another via the browser. Please learn from Figma how to handle those kinds of situations (that are pretty common in design companies)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives me the possiblity to represent ideas in different way: textual, with images, stickers. that's almost impossible with other tools
Business efficiency improvement with Talktrack
What do you like best about the product?
I regularly use the features of the asynchronous meeting tool "talktrack." Previously, we held meetings with 4-5 people for 30 minutes each (1-2 times a week), but with the introduction of talktrack, these meetings have been eliminated, and discussions can be completed in just 7-10 minutes at a time convenient for each person. Since it's not a meeting conducted at a set time, there's no need to leave unfinished discussions midway for the next meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to integrate with PowerPoint. We create materials for customers using PowerPoint and conduct reviews of these materials using talktrack. Currently, we are uploading PowerPoint slides and extracting them for insertion. When there are corrections during the material review, we return to PowerPoint to edit, then copy and paste the images back into Miro. It would be more convenient if editing could be done directly on Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is leading to improved operational efficiency. By using Talktrack, it has become possible to use the necessary time appropriately when needed, without spending unnecessary time.
Convenient to quickly create and share diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
It is convenient to be able to easily create and share diagrams for the purpose of understanding something myself or explaining it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There tends to be a bug where shapes cannot be placed in the frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm glad that everything related to diagrams can be completed with miro.
Amazing Tool for Collaborating, Brainstorming, and Finding the Big Picture
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE Miro and I use it consistently across all my projects. From 3D worldbuilding to prototype development, a Miro board is always the first step in any project kick-off process. I use it for my teams to easily share ideas, build mood boards, document changes in processes, and more. I feel like Miro boards are great ways for teams to stay engaged and collaboratively focus during meetings and kick-offs. Even when a project is complete, I also use a Miro template for guiding our post-mortems. The onboarding process is smooth and I see plenty of people have an "Ah-Ha!" moment when they learn how to bring Miro into their own processes too. Overall, I love using Miro and it has made my project guiding process much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is larger boards can sometimes take longer to load. - But it's a good thing! It means people are sharing plenty of ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps my team collaboratively whiteboard and determine a project's direction. This can be especially helpful when we have a distributed team with many cross functional roles. This can be a great way for people to stay informed on other's ideas and project directions.
The best modern tool for team collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to collaborate with my team remotely, share ideas, and express my own with an intuitive tool set. Miro brings together all of the modern productivity tools into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scaling can be a tricky thing to balance. Sometimes a board becomes unwieldy very quickly once a user starts to create objects that are too large for the space, or too small. If there were a handy way to scale text so it is uniform across the board, or a way to force scale, that would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote office collaboration.
Great visual planning tool with slight learning curve.
What do you like best about the product?
I personally like the colloborative aspect of Miro, as it enables a geographically dispersed team like ours to communicate and work separately all towards the same goal. It's useful for tying in links back to our PM tool with planned updates for pages, or user journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve for new users, as it took me a minute to get use to scrolling around boards. Also, some of our boards have gotten a bit unwieldly, which makes it hard to find what you need, so we're still figuring out the best way to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps to centralize our current website look/flow, while allowing us to discuss, or suggest updates to that flow. We just discovered layers and those help to keep everything much cleaner, between documents, discussions and sticky notes, it now allows us to better organize the ongoing development for our website.
Excellent tool for collaborative and individual visual ideation and execution
What do you like best about the product?
The versatile infinite whiteboard provides the ability to zoom into details while not losing sight of the bigger picture. With added functionalities of cards, sticky notes, shapes, and connectors, it is extremely useful to brainstorm, ideate, execute, and manage projects across scales. Miro is easy to access across different devices making it easy to implement and integrates well with other apps like Google Calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited functionalities of the free plan makes it difficult for emerging professionals to make the best use of Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is providing an online, collaborative visual interface with specific features that allow ideation and execution of projects across various industries. It allows me to develop my personal projects.
