Great for mapping out processes
What do you like best about the product?
lots of visuals, able to create clear process flows
What do you dislike about the product?
When moving items between UML diagrams sometimes the swimlanes change size and other items move

Managing stakeholders by presenting clear workflow diagrams in a UML format.

Flawless and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It-s very easy to develop and visualize ideas.
I like how easy it is to have colleagues jump on board and contribute to ideas and sketches.

What do you dislike about the product?
The zooming system is very frustrating. I would improve the controls, clicking options and especially the zooming system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to created boards and have colleagues jump on board and contribute.
Great tool for on-line and off-line collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create process and project floows & create collaborative working session.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the speed of on-line response is lagging for on or another reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing my knowledge to others. It helps me to provide and communicate step by step approch on different projects, processes, idea workflows.
I've so far had a great time using it, its perfect for "mind mapping"
What do you like best about the product?
The UI for the board building. The way you can simply create & add massive docs that at scale look like notes is super handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a thing where I simply added some people who I wanted to view the miro board & what happened is that they ended up adding there staff and working on some boards that were not for my company. That 100% should never happen & was a pain to fix.

The best tool to compile research em colaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I have a huge blank space where I can put everything and work as I want. Like in docs it isn't possible, so its nice to have a huge blank space that receives every information. Its excellent to organize ideas, research, visual prints, benchs, making it much easier to structure information and visualization. Also templates make the process even more practical and the collaborative nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its difficult to know or learn everything. Its complex and complete but also difficult. I often discover functionalities through my colleagues. I lacks clearer explanations or more integrated help center. Also I cant copy image from miro to figma and vice versa. And adds extra work as disrupts the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is helping me to solve the problem of fragmented information and disorganized by providing a black space, centralized, visual platform that I can put everything in it and collaborate online. Its make easier to consolidate research, organize ideas.
Easy brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Useful for different purposes, you can brainstorm with colleagues, you can use it to create workshop boards and interactive laboratories. Super easy to use to map basically anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The size limit for uploading files could be higher. I use it to upload screenshots of website pages to get feedback from my colleagues and most times I have to provide multiple screenshots and attach them together losing the flow of the page.

Complete tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tool with numerous opportunities for project creation. Easy to use, educational, and with an elegant appearance.

There is nothing relevant to comment on here, I find the tool quite comprehensive.

With the help of the tool, I can map the processes, obtaining a clear view of the desired processes.
Single Focus
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact it can be utilised during F2F workshops and then used as a single focus during subsequent remote meetings encouraging collaborative working
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find it a little difficult to create time line temeplates (weekly) blocks but this may be due to my limited IT skills

Getting all stakeholders engaged when predominantly working remote

A versatile platform with multiple options, designed for user-friendly tutoring.

Direct PDF downloads are not available, and occasional lagging may occur.

What we needed is a good platform that allow us to exchange the knowlegde to students and let them solve the problems on it.
Super Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how easy it is to use and how much collaboration it supports. Our team loves when we use Miro boards to share ideas or to collect feedback during discussions. It's created a safe place for our team to share and explore and the tutorials got everyone integration onto the platform with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced many cons while using Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting information and feedback. Typically our team is really quite, but with Miro, they can add their feedback in an interactive way.
