Super Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how easy it is to use and how much collaboration it supports. Our team loves when we use Miro boards to share ideas or to collect feedback during discussions. It's created a safe place for our team to share and explore and the tutorials got everyone integration onto the platform with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced many cons while using Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting information and feedback. Typically our team is really quite, but with Miro, they can add their feedback in an interactive way.

Fantastic collaboration space!
What do you like best about the product?
The nearly infinite canvas is so freeing, especially for someone who has been working 100% remotely for several years and loves the opportunity to enhance work via collaboration. Its many ways to represent ideas (like stickers, icons, sticky notes, text boxes, shapes, mind maps, connectors and so much more) allow ones mind to think in a variety of ways. Great for problem solving & more creative thinking. Its features like voting, private mode, and screen following make it easy for everyone within small and large groups alike to have their voices heard real-time.
I appreciate how Miro continues to innovate, add features, and has open forums for listening to the Miro community as well as opportunities for the community to collborate with one another, such as with the Miroverse, where you can share templates you've built for others to utilize.
The user interface is intuitive and easy to use (once you get use to click and dragging with the right mouse button rather than the left). It is straight forward to create teams and share boards with others in the enterprise.
This platform can be used by folks in many different roles and for a variety of use cases. I have used it successfully to collaborate, share information, make presentations, brainstorm, lead learnings, roadmap work (strategic as well as product developmenty), take notes, diagram processes, lead project retrospectives, make sense of interview verbatims, and much more.
Miro continues to find new ways to incorporate Gen AI tools into the platform through Miro Assist. I especially enjoyed the Sticky Capture feature, which saved me weeks of work after a one-day, in person re-branding workshop in which we captured hundreds of paper sticky notes from a dozen people. Within a matter of hours (as opposed to weeks in similar work done previously without Miro) I was able to utilize the AI features to digitize, organize, summarize, and generally make sense of the information and ideas that were generated, leaving me more time to plan and execute on the actions to come out of the ideas generated.

What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult thing about using Miro in my work has been that some leaders have been slow to adopt this new way of seeing information. They can often complain about not having a PowerPoint. Miro has adapted to this over time and has features like frames, which allows me to present as if I am in a Power Point when I'm actually in Miro and the incorporation of brand colors within the color schemes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro saves me time, makes it possible to collaborate in a way that allows for everyone's voice to be heard, and makes it possible to represent complex information in a visual way.
Great for collaborating and running workshops on content design, ideation & user testing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that's it's collaborative, user-friendly as well as visually appealing. We've run workshops with first-time users and usually they get the hang of it after a quick 15 min introduction. We use it on a near-weekly basis internally as well as externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit tricky for users that do not have access to a laptop/desktop to access Miro. The mobile version could be improved. It would be good to have some integration of Figma-Miro. Even if there was a plug-in to transfer Figma designs to Miro and vice-versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really solves the problems in user-feedback; from communicating wire-frames to highlighting pain points. It adds a lot of structure to the process.

Perfect for all marketing experts
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer working in an app company, I'm not a developer or a designer, but I often find myself needing to collaborate with both teams. That’s where Miro comes into the scene.
It’s the perfect tool for someone like me who juggles multiple projects and coordinates with cross-functional teams.
It simplifies the process of turning creative ideas into actionable plans, helping me visualize workflows and strategies without needing any specialized design skills.

What do you dislike about the product?
Templates could be more specific or elaborated. However, this is not a show-stopper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who’s not a developer or designer, I need a tool that bridges the gap between my ideas and the technical/product realities
Miro gives you endless options to structure your thoughts in a well-designed image.
What do you like best about the product?
No template feels too rigid, but it can be optimised to one's needs. There is always a template for one's needs. I do appreciate the ease of customisation due to an intuitive user interface. Specific options are always at your fingertips. For example, cutting an image into a certain shape is very quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan feels limiting because it only gives you three boards to work on. As an individual (not a part of a team), I think more than that would be appropriate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows creating extensive mindmaps in a dynamic way. It's dynamic character adjusts nodes and vertices automatically. This way, I do not need to readjust them manually, which is a major benefit compared to other software. The open work space also enables unrestricted creativity especially when you do not know how your mindmap or whatever looks like.
I just saves time for everybody in the team.
What do you like best about the product?
All the ides are clearly represented in one place, and even a thought that evolves is easily transferred to the Miro board.
What do you dislike about the product?
First, it looks difficult to use, too complex but then this feeling changes and one gets used to all features ina short time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the product is not clear in the mind, it gets clearer when we use Miro because we can easily implement it there.
Versatile tool for coworking

Miro Review
Miro has completely transformed the way I collaborate with others. It’s more than just a digital whiteboard—it’s a space where ideas truly come to life. The collaborative features are outstanding, making it incredibly easy for teams to work together in real time, no matter where they are.
What I love most is how intuitive it is to use. Sharing ideas, sketching out concepts, and organizing thoughts feel so natural. Miro has this way of breaking down complex ideas and making them easy to communicate. It’s perfect for brainstorming sessions, planning projects, or even just getting everyone on the same page quickly.
If you’re looking for a tool that brings teams together and makes ideas flow effortlessly, Miro is a must-have. It’s become an essential part of how I work, and I can’t imagine going back to anything else!

Room for Improvement with Miro
While Miro is an incredible tool for collaboration, there are a few areas where it could improve. One issue I’ve noticed is how the platform struggles with performance when handling a large number of images or PDFs. Scrolling through such boards can become laggy, which disrupts the otherwise smooth experience.
Another challenge is with the iPhone version. While it’s great to have Miro on mobile, I’ve had instances where I accidentally moved objects on the board just by navigating. This can be frustrating, especially when working on detailed layouts or during collaborative sessions.
