Extremely helpful in daily usage!
What do you like best about the product?
The MIRO tam is really addicted to customer feedback and seems to have a really good product management, as they try to carefully but courageously to evaluate the most useful features for the majority of the users. There are tons of useful features even for beginners and many more for advanced or professionals. If you do use online boards for workshop or facilitating purposes, you need to have a MIRO account. Even the number of useful integrations is still raising. Ride on!
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a thing which makes it difficult for companies from certain license counts on to stay at MIRO, because finance departments are not the users , but only see that there are much cheaper tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In almost every workshop, retrospective and brainstorming, we do use MIRO.
Intuitive tool for more than one user
What do you like best about the product?
It is simply to access. No explanation needed. Simply start and work. You can also see your collegues cursor flying around while he/she is working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lines are not that easy to draw horizontally or vertically. I would like a snap, that snaps the line in at 0/90 degrees. But maybe that is just my ocd kicking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a powerful tool to visualize thought processes. I am a mechanical engineer and during our concept phase, i can use the tool to create clusters, notes and create a understandable judging and decision making. Would not be possible with excel sheets, or at least not that easy. So in one sentence. My thought and validating process for features that leave or stay in my product development can be visualized and easily commincated to others.
Helpful tool for both team tasks and individual tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to take notes for brainstorming with teams, wire framing, and even keeping track of projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more options with shapes and sketching
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I can create the flows of my marketing strategies very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Free Plan is very limited. I can't create more than 3 boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consigo criar e visualizar melhor as minhas estratégias de Marketing. Dessa forma, facilita o trabalho para colocar as estratégias em prática.
Excellent, complete and intuitive tool
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the best thing about Miro is how easy it is to take notes and organize flows. The editable template options help a lot when building journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no criticism. Miro meets my needs perfectly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing about Miro is the possibility of building an ecosystem of information on a topic. When I'm developing the journey of a new product, everything is on the board: notes, comments, prototypes, documents, roadmaps. The ease of creating and organizing elements helps a lot to maintain your train of thought and organize your ideas.
its aIt is an excellent tool for creating mind maps and digital marketing structures.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool's fluidity and the availability of visual options make it easier to present marketing structures to laypeople
What do you dislike about the product?
The export model of the structure is of low quality or available only in the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is very useful when I create my digital marketing structure for campaigns and present it to directors and people who are not very familiar with the technical aspects of marketing
Excellent tool for design and notes
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the best thing about Miro is that it is very easy to use. Before starting to work with Miro, I had no experience with similar tools but Miro's interface was user-friendly and learning was very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only point I have is that when I use the free version I have a limit of editable boards, when I need to edit a new board, I lose access to a previous one, that's ok, but I think a good improvement would be to give the option to choose which one board I will lose access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an excellent tool for building flows and organizing ideas. As a product manager, it is an essential tool for designing mind maps, group dynamics with the team, discovery notes and creating journeys. It's also great for collaborative work. The available elements and templates also help a lot in creating flows.
Basically everyday user, for mindmapping myself and for client workshops etc.
What do you like best about the product?
The freeflow - non linear way I can structure my thoughts, data and imagery while I am making my conclusions and discoveries. Similar to moving post-its on a wall - but I can bring it to anywhere and share with any team-member in any country.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I also do presentations I often miss the ability to make master templates and align slides visually across a longer chapter.
The PDF export is terrible compared to most other softwares / applications. Files are either resonably sized with terrible picture resolution or gigantic and I have to compress them in a third party software after the export.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit for me is the ability to allow me to create organized multimedia chaos in a big mindmap - and bring it to order into a presentation on the same page in the same application. PowerPoint gives me anxiety in comparison when I am still discovering my journey since it constricts me to a set frame and a set scale - the infinity scale and zooming in miro (and other moodboard softwares) has helped me so much I am terrified of the idea of having to go back and collect sources, pictures and data in other ways.
Intuitive, powerful and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intutive and easy to navigate, even for a first time user. I am a Product Manager and I use it on a daily basis to create feature flows, UX journeys, facilitate workshops and to present. I don't even remember I used Powerpoint to present.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes but there are definate areas that could be refined:
1) Presention-mode can be annoying, because the sequence in which you create Frames is not necessarily the sequence that you want to present in. So now you have to navigate to the next screen, which can look disorganized to your audience, especially EXCO members, who has never beeen exposed to MIRO before.
2) Over time, a board can become overwhelming, especially if multiple people work on it. It becomes diffcult to find the specific Frame you are looking for. I recommend adding the ability to sub-divide your board, maybe in quardrants.
Disclaimer - I am using the free-package so these challenges may not be relevant in a paid package. I would not know.
