Perfect for continuous colaboration beyond the workshop
What do you like best about the product?
be if F2F or cloud-based the collaboration did not stop just because the workshop ended. The platform animated the teams to continue advancing their ideas, testing, refining solutions. It is great for facilitators who see their engagement as catalysts and supporters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing a field that is embedded in an object is a little cumbersome. So its best to avoid all too complex objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a challenge getting consultants in varying locations and deep in customer projects to a joint location for organisational change projects. Since these programs are not a one-off or long series of workshops, but are designed to be a continuous make, test and adapt process this becomes much more of a challenge. Keeping up dynamics, involvement and transparency are paramount.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make use of the flexibility and accessibility

Best Paper-saver ever!
What do you like best about the product?
The freedom of placing whatever I want, whenever I want. With the zoom in./out option you feel that miro can be user for everything, for a workshop or when you need to place thousands of post-it's on wall, don't, do it here! Save paper:)
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes when zoom out i see some txt and some not... some make themselves bigger some not (i would like to stay the same or to choose which to get bigger) - see user story map template its e.g. there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
workshops not only remote, but all > each participant has its own laptop and we are working at the same time in one place.
I made huge CJmaps - thats mainly when I need huge space to work on without pages limits

DON'T WASTE POST-ITS, you can take miro wall averywhere, even on the mobile phone:)
Best tool for collaborating on flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
It takes just several minutes to start working productively. The design is simple, clear, and unobtrusive. It is easy to share and existing board with other collaborators, invite people to join and most importantly it is easy for them to start editing and collaborating on the project. I like the most common templates that can be used to overcome the blank page challenge.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit difficult to configure team and project settings. Just a slightly more complex experience than the rest of the platform.
I feel like there is a problem with pricing for a team such as ours. We are a small team and tend to work on 3-5 flowcharts at the same time. The free version is limited to 2 boards, but it doesn't make sense for us to upgrade to a paid plan for additional 2 boards, especially since we tend to not use Miro on a monthly basis as it is more project-related. In order to complete a design circle for one iteration it takes us about 3 months, of which Miro is used for several days. We would be willing to pay a smaller fee for an even more basic plan, but sudden jump to $32/month seems too big for a product we use several days in 3 months time.

Miro is a great way for our team to collaborate on user flows. We use the board to create flowcharts with all possible scenarios, based on which the wireframing begins to take place. The main benefit is that Miro easily integrates into our workflow and provides a great starting point for creative collaboration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried many similar products, none of them comes close to Miro when it comes to ease of use and collaboration with the team.
Stellar tool for visual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The infinitely zoomable canvas, the tactile feel of using "sticky notes" on the virtual board, and the built-in IconFinder
What do you dislike about the product?
Drawing straight lines on the board is harder than you'd think; they might consider including better visual guides for this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service mapping, website design, showing relationships between Jira tickets. Allows distributed teams to collaborate effectively.
Great tool for designers.
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and effective tool that enables you to put all your project steps on a digital whiteboard. Imagine whiteboard that is infinite in size and that you do not have to whipe out after the meeting ... nor ever. It allso enables you to share that whiteboard with your stakeholders/team mates around the world in real time. It allso has bunch of templates that make your workflow faster. It is my essential tool together with Sketch/Figma.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. I wish there were few more free projects for freelancers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of the project in terms of deliverables (mostly UX & product). Easy to colaborate & share with the team members across the world.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recomend this product, it made my life as a remote freelancer much easier. I allso work as an UX instructor, and I have recomended Miro to several teams and professionals, and they found it as helpfull as I did.
Versatile & Creative
What do you like best about the product?
The freedom and flexibility to add any notes anywhere on the page. With this flexibility a lot of various projects can be fulfilled.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you require a subscription in order to download a document, but this is understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a map of the systems that are used to run a co-working space.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amazing tool for collaboration and project development. As a creative, I find it extremely easy to use.
Good for brainstorming and mind mapping
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a real time board that comes in handy all the time. Being a tool that can help us develop our projects at the same time we discuss about them, it's really good. I would call this software a nice tool to brainstorm all the ideas that might come up to any person of the team, and then elaborate them on the board. What I find amazing is the creation of diagrams, they're easy to create and work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more features added to the mobile app! As for now, I like to use the web version because it has all the features and I can fully work on it, unlike the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us to create a workplace where we can sort out our thoughts to start new projects. When creating a project, it's important to know where to being. Miro is the perfect place to do that. It's perfect to create designs, collaborate with the marketing team, structure insights and make researches.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that it's a very flexiblesoftware that can adjust to any team.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm kinda new to the tool, nothing to dislike for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making a MindMap of all my activities, there was no other tool who helped me the way Miro has
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good way to put your thoughts on "paper". Still early to say, but I think it will be useful to the company I'm working on. For now I'm only using it to MindMap my personal Tasks and thoughts.
Best organizer for small startup
What do you like best about the product?
Its free to use, and we have a huge amount of tool for free, and it doesnt disapear with time
What do you dislike about the product?
We cant program or make scenarios in the board/ custom interactions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We organize and share the work, assign tasks to other, and ourselves.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please use this, instead of inapropriate whatssap /mail flood. It is way better, and it shows really the people that are working and showing interess on the project you ll be working.
