The best mind mapping tool I tried
What do you like best about the product?
MIRO is super easy to use with tons of features and tools. The design scheme and user interface are both very good, which makes it a delight to use. And, I love the flexibility and options that it offers for creating multiple mindmaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Surprisingly, there isn't anything that I dislike about MIRO

Whiteboarding and creating systematic charts

I use this for everything
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can 'dump' really anything on my boards. It helps to sort personal and business challenges as much as it gives you an empty mind afterwards
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any noteworthy comments. Nothing I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for clients and i can easily share my boards with them without them having to signup/login. Quickly share great creativity with them helps me work faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Save the environment too because Miro saves a lot of paper.

It has different tools/template for every project needs.

There are a few minor bugs that are annoying.

Great way to organize your thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great way to visualize your thoughts and ideas. They make it super easy for flow charts, idea boards, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how hard it is to share a board

It's a great way to visualize complex ideas. We use it to explain how our customer funnels work in email marketing and Facebook ads.

Design, processes you create are very attractive visually and good integrations

Some features are missing like expanding cards

Use it! Its really helpful
Really cool software, but honestly we don't use it very often. It is not an everyday tool

I really like to use it on a remote calls!
When we tried it for the first time as a virtual whiteboard, everybody had a feeling, that we are all in the same romo!
So that was super cool and I would say this is the best, what I can tell about this product.
Everything else regarding functional and UX is also good.

Honestly I don't know =)
So there are not a lot of disadvantages, but I found, that I don't really want o need to use miro, when I am just alone, or in my everyday work.
So only for meetings, calls, workshops.

Miro is good for the following:
- You can create colorful flow charts
- Other team members can be invited to the project so that they can comment and edit the flowchart
- Miro allows visualization of solutions to problems in a fun way

What I dislike about Miro:
- It's hard to present the flowchart to my team as I have to manually zoom in and zoom out
- there is a maximum number of members that you can add to a project (30, I think).

It's very easy to use, intuitive. The endless board helps you to not limit your creativity and it's excellent for brainstorm activities (also with distributed teams)

If I have to underline something that would be the 5 boards limit in the free version.. but I understand it!

Best Tool for Any Founder/CEO/CPO
What do you like best about the product?
Building a great new product or a feature requires visual approach in explaining your ideas to your team. Usually when I have an idea about the product, the strategy or the team structure (basically any thing you want to explain) I use Miro :) A picture is worth a thousand words!
I even advised my elder son (15 y.o.) to start using it as s graphical design tool for his startup, that required to create images and banners for Instagram. I love to promote great products I love so much and ready to spend time to share my love with others :)

There is nothing I dislike about Miro. The product and the team are awesome!

1. Visualising the product strategy and how products interact with each other on high level.
2. Competitors products analysis: getting key data from Similarweb. Crunchbase, App Stores, public sources for each competitor in a comprehensive visual way.
3. Build the team structure with a growth vision for 2-3 years.
4. Visualising new product/features ideas to show them to my C-level team.
5. My product team use it for visualising building customer journeys.

Just try the trial version and you'll love it :) I use it both for my business and personal needs. My elder son (15 y.o.) is using Miro as an easy to use alternative to Photoshop. It's so cool that there is a free version of it, so my kids can use it for free!

* Miro is a good tool for making flowcharts. It is easy to use and once things have been visualized, you can present it colleagues and management.
* Miro can be shared with colleagues which enables collaboration. They can add notes, make scribbles, and put in comments.
* The software has an online version only. If you cannot install it on your advice for whatever reason, you can still quickly use it.

* Miro has a cap on the number of users (team members) in a project. For large scale projects with several ideation sessions and interviews, this poses a problem.
* Miro does not have a presentation view. We need to manually zoom in and out of the flowchart to show the audience the different boxes.
