Miro is great for many different projects and areas of the organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use miro and the different templates are very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
That everything has to be on one board and not on seperate tabs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to see everything layed out and makes the organization more organized
Miro helps pull all your thoughts together.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use Miro to help build custom forms for our customers. Visually we can throw all of the pieces of the puzzle on the board and rearrange them to create a concise form our team can then build out. It is easy for the customers to visualize the end result when it's laid out in Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it is sometimes hard to navigate around the board using your mouse. The sliders on the side and bottom and using your mouse can sometimes be a little tricky. Not a deal breaker but a little frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating custom forms for our customers can be difficult for them to visualize and understand. Miro has helped me to cut down the amount of time we spend in the development of the forms and get them in to production faster.
Agile mindset compatible tool for the whole team

The ability to work together as a team via Miro giving complete transparency of our projects. The vast range of templates to suit any situation and the ease of adaptation. Good integration with existing tools. Alignment with the agile mindset and way of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a little while to understand how to do everything but it is worth the investment in time. I would like increased compatibility with Trello.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major as of now. The template repository can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a customer success manager in SaaS company.
Miro helps me to collate large information from the customers to convert into clean and easy format through flowcharts.
Proposing optimized workflows to the customer is one of core job. Miro helps in presenting my ideas to the customer in a great way and mostly,I am able to convince the customer with our suggestions.

Amazing for organization and team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is important for me to be able to organize my ideas and processes visually. I can create mental models that make it easier to explain my ideas to the team, which makes communication more efficient. It allows for synchronous and asynchronous team collaboration, so all team members can easily participate, which has significantly streamlined our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation is the lack of templates or patterns for creating UML for more technical discussions about infrastructure, source code, and data. I use other tools for this topic, but if Miro had it, I would use it there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves communication problems between company teams. It greatly facilitates collaboration and employee participation, so that everyone works more efficiently and intuitively. With Miro, ideas flow better because of its playful usability, which facilitates decision-making and contributes to the success of projects.
Miro is Powerful and I can't imagine doing my job without it (from someone in Software Engineering)
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a wide variety of features that make diagramming fast and easy. It is a well thought out platform and enables the user to create extensive mockups. In addition to the basic diagramming tools, there are extra add-ons such as stickers, icons, etc that provide me everything I could wish for in a diagramming software. They also have shapes from specific libraries for software engineers like AWS and UML. After diagramming in Miro can easily be integrated with many platforms by copy pasting the diagram as an image into Powerpoints, Word documents, emails, anywhere! The image remains high quality and is a top reason why I use Miro almost every day whenever I need to mock something up or create a visual aid to explain a complicated concept. Miro helps cross-functional teams get onto the same page. Miro has also helped greatly with team building games because it's easy to learn and results in everyone participating in the game.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would like to see with Miro is that the arrow sizes can increase in proportion to your diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves my problem of previous softwares that were hard to diagram with and took hours just to make a simple diagram. Miro is well thought out in its features and is easy to use. This makes diagramming fast, efficient, and impressive to those you show your diagram to. Especially when working remote with co-workers, it provides an easy way to visualize ideas that may be difficult to just talk through.
One of the best collab tools
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to whiteboard, brainstorm, and organize thoughts/work. We use it extensively for planning and presentations as well. It works flawlessly and I never had to call customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the app, but I prefer using the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Substitutes a lot of in-person meetings, especially whiteboarding for teams across geographies.
Great tool for remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It has lots of use cases when collaborating remotely, such as, brainstorming, retrospectives, estimation sessions, planning, etc.
Really smooth learning curve, with ways to bring people who were wandering off somewhere else in the board.
The timer and vote count are very very useful, not requiring leaving the Miro board during those sessions.
The infinite (or seemingly) board size has a boost effect in creativity, no constraints for space to develop further and/or include dependencies.
Diagraming is so easy and straight forward, with easy to use arrows connecting shapes, that is now my go-to tool for it and then copying-pasting somewhere else.

What do you dislike about the product?
After a collaborative session, where some input was collected and/or some decisions made, participants can still modify the board. So it is necessary to use another tool for auditing, that is, recording who and what and when something was modified.
Using the right mouse button to drag (move) the area being shown takes some time to get used to.
Inserting texts in places ouside of post-its (such as shapes) has to be handle with care, because no graphical hint when the text is not shown completedly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely with teammates and/or clients often requires collaboratively and visually brainstorm, decide among options, analyse root causes, retrospectives, etc. With Miro this is achieved wonderfully.
MIRO Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using MIRO for collaboration during virtual events and workshops. I think it does a great job of providing useful tools that I can use with my audience real time to capture insights and arrive at central themes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is opportunity to be had in the "workshop" space still. I think there is a lot of whiteboard capabilities but would love to see more tools that are focused around running workshops or live events for groups. It's close but some more features I think would help it be even better. Perhaps templates for Workshops could be a good innovation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us be a bit more organized in getting all the disparate thoughts down and connecting our team that is geodistributed and scattered.
