Where I go to do everything
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to integrate everything that I need to integrate within my Miro boards. I can add notes, add powerpoints, and design it all so things are easy to find. Being able to zoom in and out allows me to quickly move from area to area. It works faster and is much more efficient than using something like Onenote. I feel like I'm just moving to the right all the time when I'm making notes or presentations in there. The collaboration and being able to follow team members is also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many complaints, but it is very difficult to export things from my miro board, specifically when it comes to sticky notes. I do a lot of interview synthesis and use the sticky notes to move around ideas and find reoccuring themes, but then I basically have to hand-copy them into a word document if I want them in some sort of other format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro for a broad spectrum of different things. First, I use it for note taking and building up documents and deliverables that I use in every aspect of my work for consultation. Next, it is where all of our team documents live. When we have meetings, we all go into the Miro board and it is where we gather our thoughts and ideas as a team. The collaboration aspect is incredible. Lastly, when we finally present to our customers, we build our presentation in Miro and share our board with them for them to interact with.

Freedom to map your mind
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has very few constraints, giving me freedom to use it as a truly versatile tool for everything from my personal productivity through to critical documentation and large workshops with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is always evolving, I'm hoping for more text contols to help use it for more poliches presentation of info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IMany problems. What sets Miro apart for me, is the ability to rapidly get my thoughts out as a shared visual and then evolve these from scrappy to refined in one place. In addition to this, I love the limitless nature of a Miro board; I have a personal space board that's been running for years and has allowed me to have what feels like an infinite searchable scratch pad with thoughts that are visual, written, post-its, links etc. I can promote ideas into their own boards to share and evolve how I works without any constraints.
Great product for innovation projects and contemporary product management

What do you dislike about the product?
Some glitches when it comes to wireframing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot to bring innovation frameworks and tools like business model canvases to live. Unlike PPTs, its usability and possibility to collaborate is just great
Excellent resource for running your meetings creatively

A lot of room to create creative dashboards, smoothly helps capture infromation and colloborate information with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?

colloboration in a virtual working environment
Best tool in the market for ideation and design
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use. It is multi-purpose. I use it for technical diagrams, ideation, team discussions, note making and games. Never really faced any issue, but I think the customer support is great. Its easy to onboard and integrate with enterprises.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think pricing can be a little high but it worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a one tool for all. We use it for technical flow diagrams to team collaboration.
A simple and efficient way to communicate
What do you like best about the product?
Working on a large construction site with multiple superintendents can be difficult, everyone has different paths, goals, schedules, etc. Miro helps us all stay in the loop without having to have daily meetings. Miro is very intuitive and easy to use in its base form, and the upgrade is not required for the purposes we use it for. I will be using Miro as often as possible from now on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can sometimes automatically change the setup of your board. Sticky notes may be out of place, reduced in size, larger than original, or gone. Text font, color, and size can change randomly on occasion. The formatting can just get wonky sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving communication gaps between my coworkers and I, and helps keep us all on the same page day to day
The best teaching and studying experience
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a really great platform for making language courses as it helps you create your own content and style it in a way that you have all the necessary content in the tables. Students can appreciate it for an easy navigation and possibility to do their homework directly in Miro: they can underline what they need, add comments, make divergent maps and many other activities
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage of Miro is it's loading weight and sometimes the page takes time to open
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no more need to make mind maps on paper as it is possible in Miro. Also, we can make changes to the map without having to redo all the work, which is helpful
Miro has been an extremely useful tool. I create content, so having Miro has been a gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of options available. The calender specifically is extremely useful, as it allows me to visualize and plan ideas for the coming months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't really think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problems of organisation. There are endless amount of things that need to be planned in a day. Miro allows you to visualize everything you need to plan, easily.
So much better than others when you have 100 people swarming together
What do you like best about the product?
The App has regular updates and Bug fixes - its become so much better in the last years that it works very well when you are a large group of people all trying to collab, preset, brainshorm\mindmap ideas.
The GUI is very intuitive and they have autosnaps to make it very quick to slap something down on the board, stickies illustrations (or in my org's case, massive plans) - this app really seems to excel when you need to collab from '@' to pull people's attention to dealing very nicely with 100 mouse pointers on a spot all creating stickies.
-Some great type addons to linkup with Jira
-Very flexable for creation (deals nicely with pasted pictures)
-Complete set of UI elements for shapes, stickies, block diagrams, etc
- when the PC app fails, the web-app is exactly the same! always works, everytime you try it and is fully featured.

What do you dislike about the product?
-The Windows app is not reliable - it crashing from time to time and seems to hog resources
-Maybe better UI for handling multiple different boards
- if you open the 'PC' app it still opens the chrome webapp, you login and then it opens the PC app. Sometimes it requires another login although they seem to have fixed this issue.
-slow zooming in and out for large boards
