What do you like best about the product?
I think Instana is best to create dashboards and analyse logs
What do you dislike about the product?
When I used Instana sometimes ago I fell a little difficult to understand how to create a dash
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My application was a lot of crashed but I didn't know what is happened. Instana help me to solve it.

What do you like best about the product?
the possibility of creating dash's by mixing different information. this helps to compare, monitor and be able to think of necessary action plans depending on the evaluated result.
What do you dislike about the product?
mobile tracking, why I couldn't identify different results from the backend tracking. Perhaps encouraging or releasing mobile tracking suggestions and how to use this information is a good opportunity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to identify api errors and possible bottlenecks that could help us reduce latency for example. And this helps to compare, monitor and be able to think of necessary action plans depending on the evaluated result.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to see any ongoing issues with system and send alerts to slack.
With automation you are able to make sense of your chaotic cloud native settings thus you are able to come up with creative solutions to mitigate risks to ensure peak performance of applications at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't allow looking of data for periods longer than one month hence this can be quite limiting when you are trying to take note of trends at certain times beyond the one one month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has greatly helped with our system monitoring where it efficiently alerts us on issues that threaten to distabilize performance of applications and thus we are able to mitigate on risks accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, it helps me in target and debugging issues on all environments, even in realtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find anything unhelpful, for my use everything is ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting erroneous call, bug fixing a nd monitoring in realtime. In complex infrastructure (we use it in microservices scenario) is faster check instana instead of analyze huge log files from server.

What do you like best about the product?
We strongly work with microservices, Instana allows to look for the full request path spanning different services and this provides an easy way to analyse problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
We often aren't able to visualize the full payload of requests or to see the detailed stacktrace of errors, so we need to use other tools to perform a complete analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Instana for monitoring and troubleshooting mainly in a microservice scenario. The main benefits are faster analysis and solving of problems and an easy way to display a syntethic overview of the system.

What do you like best about the product?
It only works with only one agent, you don't need to deploy multiple agents for different technologies and it's fully automated, it instruments and autodiscovers all the technologies working on the host and it creates a dependency map of the fullstack.

The licensing also is very simple compared to other APM solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
Some configurations have to be done using configuration files and cannot be done using the WebUI.
Its real user monitoring functionality is limited compared to other APM solutions
If you have a host with many processes running, the agent can consume high resources
Cannot find what specific versions of technologies and SO are soported by Instana on documentation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have full observability of the infreastructure and services, we are avoiding war rooms as we can find the root cause of the problems very fast, we can easily identify the dependencies of the applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's no doubt that Instana is one of the best APM solutions on the marked, easy to use and easy to install, fully automated
