What do you like best about the product?
the dashboard arrangement is very user friendly and helps to get a speedy analysis of the calls
What do you dislike about the product?
The detailed error logs are missing for some calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use it to find out the issue behind the HTTP errors and js errors, and it benefits my work

Good Tool to monitor your health of api

What do you like best about the product?
Instana is plug and play and you get so much of information regarding the api. It will give status regarding all api used in mobile app
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmm nothing much. Everything seems good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instana is solving the montioring of api

What do you like best about the product?
Instana provide a great way to get a lot of very good information from services and devices, no performance issues related to the agent. The agent is easy to install. Other tools have many settings to configure, Instana only one file is needed to be configured with simple steps
What do you dislike about the product?
The Instana interface is not a friendly tool, it is not too simple to get a metric or information that instana has, there are other monitoring tools that do not provide so good information as Instana does but they provide a friendly-easy way to get the information
Also Instana does not have a clear-good documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instana is proving an excellent way to be monitoring the environment and understand how applications are interacting. Device performance is displayed very clear, application settings-information is provided very clear and once the information is found is easy to understand the way to use it

What do you like best about the product?
How easy is it to find all metrics I need to evaluate across our infrastructure
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little bit complicated to find the correct resource that is causing issues, especially in k8s
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The hassle to evaluate the performance of our applications using Instana makes it easier to view performance metrics and take actions if necessary

What do you like best about the product?
Best UI Expirience - Easy to monotor the performance of application in one view. Easy to manage db query, traffic , latency in one view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it fails in our system. It doesnt agregate all the call count over API. So makes difficult to calculate latency over all the calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To Track all the performance of the application.

the ux experience, the design, how calls are differenced
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not easy to come back to the flow. If I find an error and I would to see all flow and come back to the first page I have to do all the flow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instana log all call of my software and I use it to find errors in call and to see the flow of the calls

What do you like best about the product?
Performance management -- Instana provides great insights on the application performance, helps track each request independently, and helps figure out any service errors that might occur.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instana can do better in terms of providing holistic insights in terms of service improvement (Let's say RDS level info to identify the most expensive queries) or providing better weekly updates on overall application health.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerts for service outages/increase in errors.
Deep diving into any errors to figure out what failed.

What do you like best about the product?
Stablity and Reliability of the product. Best in class monitoring and debugging tool. Helps in understanding behaviour of new applications on all the levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Self monitoring of the monitoring-application needs to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am part of an SRE team and we use it extensively to troubleshoot application level issues along with any network and infrastructure isues. It also helps us in tracing the problematic path.

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to tracing calls and find root case if your potential issues as a QA in addition to visualization for response times, latency and APM infrastructure as well. Alerts also is a good thing to mention with wide avaliable integrations upon configured event+alert.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without a doubt data retention + performance upon tracing old logs considering huge streams + lack of tracing response message not only ly error log.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerts and monitoring our services and API with integration to Opsgenie and Slack for example + tracing/investigating/analysis potential issues and dashboards as well.
