I increased the size of my Amazon Elastic Block Store (Amazon EBS) volume, but the change isn’t reflected in my operating system or Disk Management.
Modifying an EBS volume requires two steps. First, increase the size of the EBS volume using the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) console or the AWS Command Line Interface (AWS CLI). Then, extend the volume’s file system to use the new storage capacity. For instructions, see:
