Red Hat Solutions on AWS

RHEL on Amazon EC2 allows customers to build and test enterprise applications on AWS and in their on-premises data centers. Red Hat maintains the base RHEL images for Amazon EC2. AWS customers receive updates at the same time that updates are made available from Red Hat, so computing environment remains reliable and secure and RHEL-certified apps maintain supportability. RHEL with High Availability is now available directly from the Amazon EC2 console.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux for SAP on AWS allows for High Availability and Update services to be used with our suite of Amazon EC2 instances that are supported by SAP. This includes Amazon EC2 High Memory Instances for applications based on SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver.

Customers can now combine the scale, performance, and elasticity of Amazon EC2 with consistency, reliability, and high performance of Microsoft SQL Server on Red Hat Enterprise Linux to deploy mission critical transactional systems and data warehouses. Red Hat Enterprise Linux with Microsoft SQL Server is available as an Amazon Machine Image in the Amazon EC2 console.

Red Hat OpenShift is an enterprise Kubernetes platform that enables a cloud-like experience everywhere it’s deployed. It delivers a complete application platform for both traditional and cloud-native applications, allowing them to run anywhere.

Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA) is a service operated by Red Hat and jointly supported with AWS to provide fully managed Red Hat OpenShift. ROSA provides pay-as-you-go (hourly and annual) billing on a single invoice through AWS, and the option to contact Red Hat or AWS for support.
