・Patrol inspections
・Monitoring Building Management System (BMS)
・Responding to facility failures (air conditioning, electrical equipment, etc.)
・Electrical equipment trial runs and monthly inspections
・Drills for emergency responses to disasters or failures
・Fire drills
・Planning and implementing annual maintenance and repair schedules for various facilities
・Shutdown operations for maintenance of receiving/transforming equipment, UPS, and emergency generators
・Liaising with power companies regarding transmission lines

After graduating from high school, I worked as a new graduate in project management for artificial satellites and defense equipment, gaining two and a half years of experience.
Subsequently, at the second company I joined after changing jobs, I was involved in the maintenance and operation of various facilities for two years, including building construction, electrical, sanitary, heat source, and refrigeration equipment, covering a wide range of fields.
