Saved our bacon!
What do you like best about the product?
This is an easy platform to get around in and loads of settings to customize what you need to do. The protection suite has definately saved us from end users with that notion to click-and-see!
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the only downside I've ran into is the email log search could use more options for word/phrase searches in different fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than chasing email through Exchange Online tools Barracuda makes it easy to purge, find or just monitor messages.

Email Gateway Defense
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to search for similar messages, especially if an email has been incorrectly delivered I can see all affected users for my record and then take the appropriate action. The support team for this product always does a great job when I have an issue on following up and making sure my needs have been met.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could configure our domains in the message log instead of alphabetized to a custom order, quality of life item is all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remediating harmful emails, making sure our end users are protected against phishing/malware campaigns.
The importance of workflows
What do you like best about the product?
It is difficult to view each incident that is created, sure searching for similar messages is extremely helpful but I've found that creating automated workflows is extremely helpful in this process. A few months ago we started receiving a lot of campaigns with falsified MFA requests, notices about email's expiring that required users to re-register etc. Having the amount of hits broken down per workflow allowed us to identify how to better educate our users in preventative training rather than reactionary training to a potential incident.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the tagging when remediating an incident, there isn't a previous tag list that I can quickly utilize. I've resorted to logging various tags I use in a OneNote and manually copy pasting into this field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing suspicious emails from users, especially the similar messages feature, that is extremely helpful when resolving large campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda does a great job using A.I initiatives to protect our organization from harmful emails and blocking garbage mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited options to select from the message log dashboard.

Keeping harmful emails from coming into our mailboxes
Barracuda's Incident Reponse is a Must Have
What do you like best about the product?
After Barracuda's Email Gateway Defense and Impersonation Protection, Incident Response is a critical addition to you Cybersecurity tier of protection. It is with this that you can remediate (pull email out of mailboxes), investigate (see where it went, did anyone interact with it) and follow-up. An incredible tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Barracuda is awesome. There is not much to dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident Response is very seemless and easy to us, which is good becuase often we are remediting an incident and a timely response is critical.

What I really like is the rapid threat removal functionality in those unfortunate situations where a malicious email does slip through and reaches users inboxes we can quickly delete it before any damage is done this helps us contain the scope of the incident and prevent it from spreading further across the organization

I dislike the way i can not contact their customer service easily on their platform is a little frustrating

Barracuda Incident Response
What do you like best about the product?
Good solution for managing cybersecurity incidents, with user friendly interface and very easy to implement, maintain and use. This solution is a tool for continuous incident management and easily integrates into the Barracuda ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not cover all cyber attack vectors, which leads to an increase in cyber security risks, which also leads to the need to fill gaps with other solutions and incur additional costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its technological capabilities and price are relevant.

I love the way it manages the sensitive information. I feel that my information is secure and nobody but me can use it.

That you need to create an specific account to read the messages.
