What do you like best about the product?
One of the best tools available in the market for threat detection and response.Very efficient in identifying threats and responding to threats in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike; however, they should develop better integrations with other security tools.

proactive measures, less time investment, also helps you to prepare for future attacks, cost efficient etc.

overall experience is good, it would be good to integrate it with some other resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a way to find and remediate malicious emails across all user inboxes, before a user opens an email. Visibility into user mailbox rules, to help troubleshoot issues or malicious forwarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting/analytics could be improved to show more insights into the various types of malicious emails received, email stats, percentages, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the chance of malicious emails spreading across the organization. No security incidents have occured since implementing the email security suite and email security awareness has increased

UI could be enhanced to be a bit more user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Uses can quickly click to send potential malicious or spam emails for review. Admins can remove emails from the whole tenant by clicking 1 button.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be careful when blocking emails by domain. The GUI should show what you are blocking but does not. If you accidentally block all of gmail, for example, you will have complaints. This product also integrates with content shield, so you have to be careful when blocking websites, or you might block your own domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident response for malicious emails
